By wave 11 I notice I have a bit of a margin to no 2 on score - then the rocket feast begins. He nukes 5-6 spawns just to beat me. In the end he scores higher with 260k to my 256k.

 

But seriously, is it really that important to "win" on score that you have to go on a Cobra rampage on wave 11?

 

I despise score hoes of that kind. They won't use missiles on objective waves and they will cause someone else to use up all their missiles on wave 10 objective if it's a hack or drone escort. They don't belong in a co-op game.

An elusive, wild Fiddles joined me for a PuG (naturally, I immediately blamed her for everything.)

 

We got London, but it actually went pretty well (pre-setting it to Reapers undoubtedly softened the blow.) Our PuGs were good, and made good use of rockets to get objectives done in critical situations.

 

Of course, we had none left for extraction, so only Fiddles made it out ('cuz Krogan.)

Indeed, this guy even fired off his final missile with literally 2-3 seconds before extraction just to get those final missing points.

Of course. When a friend and I get together to play, naturally we're going to prioritize the desires of some random stranger on the internet over whatever it is that we want to do.

Hosted an U/U/G duo with a friend, got Ceberus / Reactor Hazard.  Two PUGs join in wave 1 (funny how one can wait for several minutes in the lobby, and then get players a few seconds into the first wave).  Everything is going fine until wave 4 when suddenly my friend leaves, there's a huge lag spike, enemies start teleporting, abilities aren't firing properly and my sound starts cutting in and out.  The other two PUGs also drop out before the end of the wave, right about the time my friend sends me a message on Origin saying that his game crashed.

 

I manage to solo wave 5.  Meanwhile, the sound settles on half-working; no music plays, the phase disruptor warm-up sound effect doesn't play but the detonation sound does; phantoms are completely silent, atlas rockets make noise but cannons don't, etc.

 

However, between waves five and six two PUGs join and we managed a trio to extraction despite a dicey wave 10 hack in the reactor.  I was glad of their company so I didn't fry them.  Hopefully it wasn't as buggy for them as it was for me.

Gold/repears/glacier we scramble to the LZ with the host, the other two guys are dead. We arrive like 5 secs left, I immediatly take tall cover behind that box or something, all looks well then I die in the very last second .... Fuuuuuu***

I don't think I ran into any BSNers this weekend, but I apologize if I did.  I just couldn't play well at all, and I don't know what the problem was.  I really only had one good game all weekend, and that was more "good" because I was so successful at ABombing teammates (and myself!) than actually killing the enemies.  One guy I managed to Abomb him, Revive him, then Abomb him again and revive him again in a span of like 7 seconds.   I also managed to take out our entire team in a hack circle with a single Abomb. Pull/Reave biotic explosions on enclosed maps are the best - you never know where those ABoms are going to fly!

There was a host migration, and the Quarian Engineer quite literally rescued me while I was clutching Wave 9 by joining just before I went down, and then reviving me. 

 

I'm pretty sure that's officially the most medals I've ever had, even accounting for shenanigans.

Played my last match tethered to my tmobile lte, it was actually better than my home comcast. Side note, couldn't find a gold gip for the life of me, put it on UUU and got silver, found an n19 on there. They couldn't figure out you're supposed to stay in the hack circle, oh well who can blame em, we were all there at one point.

Listen all o' y'all, two QFIs against Geth can be glorious.  I was playing on an alt a/c and was in a lobby with someone I recognised. The host chose Geth and we both switched to QFIs, and ended up on Rio.  I've never seen two Pyros going head-to-head, or Primes for that matter.  This was after I beat him to the nearest ladder at the start, obviously

Got a collectors dagger gold and the other guys were terrible so ending up having to clutch several waves with the edi-bot. The match took 49 minutes . On the plus side, I extracted for full credits, managed to complete the snap freeze challenge in one match and got over 200,000 points....but even so.

Butt-Slam!

 

Was playing a few games as an all-Asari team with Fairfaxgal when 2 other friends had to leave.  Opened it up for 2 more PUG games.  FFG's Huntress and my Justicar did have a nice synergy going and we had many biotic 'splosions!  On the last game with 20 seconds left, we are both flat-out sprinting for the LZ on Giant.  As we round the wall, there is a brute blocking the way!  I do a Mark Sanchez butt-slam into the brute--I go down--the brute goes down--with 2 seconds left.  I am barely 1 foot from the circle.  FFG goes down with me.  So we both miss extraction.  Just when you think you've seen everything in this game....     What a way to "end."

Guardians.

 

(Neo intonation) Lots of Guardians. Was levelling up an alt account character, landed in a Silver in progress...at first I thought it was just the Silver wave that has lots of Guardians, but then I realized there were like 40 Guardians on the map and nothing else. Every wave was masses of Guardians. At first it was desperate, then it turned amusing, and finally it got tedious, but by then it was wave 11. We got full extraction, and there were a LOT of shields lying in the LZ when we left.
