Hilarious.

Played Hydra/Carebears/Gold with a Juggernaut, Ghost, and Shaman, while running a Krogan Soldier. Gave the Shaman a friendly headbutt early in the game, to no response. About midway through the match the Shaman just flips his curly ****ing wig, throwing around more N-bombs than Pint tosses Cluster Grenades and from what English I contracted from the outburst was directed at me for killing a Phantom that was gunning for him. This continued for the rest of the match with an unprecedented barrage of accusations of being a kill stealer, and a modicum of headbutts more affiliated with childish tantrums than true Krogan bloodrage.

Sometimes pugs are just adorable.

These people gave me one by the end of the match, stood still and let Atlas' sync them, yelled and screamed over the mic every time they saw a Phantom.. If they hadn't helped with the objectives and the occasional revive, I wouldn't have stayed. Out-scored them with an off-host Novaguard, which I didn't think was possible either. Only later did I find out that they were all N7 30's, and were using Avenger II's.

I was in a match with two people who seemed to be new. I joined the match in progress on wave 2. Firebase White/Geth/Gold (why is this still a thing??). On wave 2, one of them told the other mic'd person to use a gel and the other person said they didn't have any so already I'm thinking, 'I should go.' But eh, the match is a freebie anyway. Gel, ops, missiles and thermal clip packs can be replaced rather easily. So I stayed and watched them shuffle their way through an escort. I got my first killstreak here. On wave 5, the two mic'd players get downed upstairs while myself and the other player are downstairs..since we're both Asari, we synergized. We did try to go save the other two and Asari 2 wasted several gels trying to save the match. But we finished wave 5 and got a hack on wave 6 at the extraction. I take my time getting up there, trying to draw as much aggro as I can to the other end of the map. Mic'd Idiot 1 says "Come on guys, get in the hack." I take even longer to get up there, because I'm nothing if not a saboteur. The next few waves find the noobs hanging with me and Asari 2. They're learning. Wave 10 comes, hack. The newbies die. Asari 2 dies, so I try to revive him. They're the only ones who can help me in this match anyway, the other two don't even make good decoys. But the Pyro stomps Asari 2. I'm on my own. I have 2 ops packs, 2 gels, and 2 missiles. I kite the enemies away from the hack circle and make my way back. The whole time, Mic'd Idiot 1 keeps saying "They're going to keep spawning until you finish" and I'm just sitting there thinking "Do I want to give this jackass free credits?" The enemies catch up to me, I kite them again. He starts getting really upset and tells me to use my missiles. I actually waste two missiles on the ground and put away the launcher. He keeps frantically telling me to missile. I make it back to the hack circle. He then chooses to inform me that the hack won't go up unless I stay in the circle...uh, duh. I stay there until the enemies catch up again. This pattern continues for a while until we're down to about 30 seconds. There are supposed to be 4 players doing this hack, there is no way I'm going to get it done by myself. Especially since they died in the beginning. So I stay in the circle. In the last 15 seconds, I leave it and go sit in extraction.

We get to the lobby "Oh woah. Look at this guy's N7! Look at their challenge points! Woooww" I turn on my mic: "Next time, don't start a gold match without medi-gel." and I leave.

^ Whoa, PUGs are informative today.. Enemies don't stop spawning until you complete the objectives? I thought if you killed enough of them, you'd get an early extraction.. Guess I was wrong.

Last night, I said in situations like that I would turn on my mic at the end and tell them. Congratulations gentlemen. You just have your asses carried by a girl. Then calmly leave.

I'm talking enemies walking in place 5 feet above your head and taking no damage type of lag.

This PC experiment is fascinating. I have NEVER seen lag even remotely that bad on my PS3.
