No takers.... switched to UUG.... and sure enough... g-g-g-g-g-g-geth.

Hosted a UUG which became Hydra Cerberus while I was using my Slayer.

 

We started 2 player, and by the end of wave 4 the team was full.

 

It was all going smooth until that middle wave where somehow 5, yes 5  turrets got set up. I only noticed the first 2. 4 Med gels later the turrets were cleared. I swear, if it wasn't for those turrets Cerberus would be a joke for vanguards.

I joined a Cerb/Hydra/Gold GiP that Red Eileen had already begun. Thing is, my toon wasn't fully leveled and I had no consumables on, so I was even more gimped than usual.

Still, it was the XBOX CP queen! And I got to play with her! I'm a pointswhore, but I'm not very good at it.

I joined a PUG in which there was a Batarian soldier using a low-level Widow and a low-level Valkyrie. At one point I got grabbed by a ninja banshee, so I sat in and watched his play, and he wasn't using Ballistic Blades at all. After the match, I sent him a friendly message suggesting that he spec into Ballistic Blades, to which he replied that the cooldown is too long. This after a match in which I clutched three waves, including the wave 10 hack, and my score was ~15k less than the other three PUGs combined.

Because I've had the most enlightening experiences this side of the Traverse: AIUs with Reegars, hungry for points, Paladins who fought alone because team play is so old school, Botb with GI and Javelin ready to ragequit if someone was 1 points over them...

Yeah... it's saturday.  

The best part? I pwnd all of them (AA with Lancer, Turian soldier, Vanilla Vanguard, Shadow...). I feel... naughty, I admit it, but o gosh... so good too.

I had a team this morning with good loadouts and N7/CP score that suggested a lot of combat experience. Too much, perhaps. Judging from their obdurate refusal to kill the enemy, I had to conclude that they had seen too much killing and could no longer bring themselves to cause harm to their fellow creatures, Reaper corruption notwithstanding. War does terrible things to people.
