Glitch

Was playing a few games against Cerberus with my Shadow to burn off some strength enhancers when I noticed that I was unable to target Atlas mechs with Shadow Strike. On everything else it would work just fine, but for some reason I couldn't target any Atlas. Rather annoying bug.  <_<

Working as intended. On the plus side... concentrate on the human enemies and you'll rack up a much higher score than you would if you wasted your time taking down an Atlas.

If you really have to, take down its shields and then use your melee. Takes 5-6 seconds to kill an Atlas with it. ;)

Shadow strike doesn't work on Atlases period. It's not just a one game bug, it's been that way since they "fixed" SS.

Because a sword is too OP vs giant hulking mech, apparently. So Shadows can not target Atlases: you can use heavy melee from cloack and their shield are more o less useless (Heavy melee, hide, stealth engage, heavy melee...). Same thing for the armor, especially if you're using AP sword, AP ammo, or weapons with natural AP capabilities.

The best imo, is using Shadow as an agile tank vs Atlases: give your team a target and kill the rest with SS

Atlases were nice walking batteries for my Shadow, but Biower managed to ruin that.

I don't play Shadow that often. Never knew that Atlases couldn't be targeted by SS.

I ended up settling for killing as many Phantoms and turrets as possible. I did heavy melee a few Atlases but for the most part I let the rest of the team take care of them.

Bloodpack.

Glacier/Collectors/Gold.  My Krogan Sentinel dropped into an in-progress match with a Krogan Vanguard and two Vorcha Sentinels.  All played well.  Aside from wave 9, where I got my head bitten off just seconds before the vanguard got pulverized by a Scion.  (Don't see that very often!)  Fortunately the Vorcha handled the rest of the wave without us.

Plus, the other Krogan actually initiated the headbutting ritual before I got a chance!

Oof!

3 failed missions in a row. Can't remember the last time that happened. The universe has spoken, I was not meant to play today

4 Disgruntled Ex-Cerberus employees versus their former employers. 2 Smash Depts and 2 Smash guards versus Cerberus on Vancouver...YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I saw 2 of them Lash the same Phantom and she went straight up into the air never to be seen again..The Smash-Offs were just beautiful..We won every time.  Seriously..TRY IT..It is more fun that 4 Krogans vs Geth.

I have no words. fking tired of garbo PS3 pugs that dont use consumables. Anyone who lets themselves bleed out early on later waves wants a carry, and I'm tired of running low on medigel, and wasting time because of those asses.

Overconfident

Went for a plat earlier. Host was playing a Kroguard and I was on my jug. He thought we could do it with two, I was game for it. hydra / collectors / plat  Full of confidence, the host immediately went on the attack and being a slow moving jug, I opted to stay upstairs and check the flanks. He died at the other end of the map. No way I could get there in time. He rezzed and died again. And again. He then rage quit, probably thinking why I didn't bother to go rez him. I would except that every mob's attention was on me.

Not able to host I looked for another plat match, this one of Reapers. The kroguard was there and quit when he died.  I stayed on and the host, human engineer, and I ended holding up the entire match, the other two kept dying.

Tiresome.

When you outscore all of your team put together with a vanilla vanguard with inc ammo level 2 and only gear equipment...

No glory in such a victory... only tiredness.

At one time you could but not since the fix a long time ago.

Campage: The Campening.

Team was camping the ammo box at the back of Hazard Ghost, complete with sniper rifles and arc grenades, while my Worlard ran around slaughtering everything.  They did at least emerge for objectives, I will give them that.

"This looks like a good spot."

There were TWO demogirls in the game. On Hydra vs Geth. The demogirls, of course, camped with their pylons - as expected. But why on the ammo crate next to the LZ?

It was an easy game for me and the Jugg, who both roamed the map freely, while the demogirls both got gold revive medals off each other.

Vanguards

or Turrets.  Either will work.

My Cabal joined gold lobby with 2 Asari Vanguards, and a QMI named VANGUARD_GX.  Slightly ironic that he was the only non-vanguard...  Ended up with Rio/Cerberus, where we proceeded to hear a lot of "taking casualties" in rapid succession.  A very smooth match, aside from wave 10 cleanup resulting in 3 of us down.  Not sure what happened there.  The only real problem was that there was hardly a moment in the match that I couldn't see multiple turrets from absolutely any location on the map.  Those engineers were busy!

Ponderous

We started out with two Juggernauts (including me, but I was specced for extra melee--you know, to take mobs down faster and speed the game up). Well, the host either quit or got booted, and we two juggies are all that made the migration back into Wave 7. So, Dagger Hazard, Cerberus, Gold. Not real fast. 80,000 credits isn't bad for a couple hours' work, though.
