Reactor

Got the same pug not once, not twice, but three times in the reactor. Actually he dodged my attempted third try but I got him later anyway.

Has anyone tried locking all three doors in the down position? I imagined 3 kishocks should do the trick. Might have to set that up for a pug. Lock him in so he can't hurt himself.

Slow.

It was Dagger-Hazard, which already slows things down. We were pretty much keeping to the building, but there was a melee puggernaut blocking the doors and hallways with his Hex Shield. He'd find the enemy and then make sure no one could kill them (including himself). We eventually started avoiding the puggernaut, chipping away at the stragglers. The 'naut eventually ragequit because no one was reviving him. He was host, so we all came back with a new guy and finally finished the game. I've never been so glad to see a host quit late in the game.

By contrast, my next pug ended up being all Juggernauts. (I just unlocked mine, and the rest of the team switched.) It was a fast game. There wasn't one melee-crawler in the group. Siege pulses filled the air, and no one worried about Phantoms. Too bad the first guy couldn't see Juggernauts playing offense.

DELIVERTHEEFFINGPIZZA.

Had a Wave 10 wipe because the stupid PUG wouldn't deliver the pizza.  I was out of ops packs from clutching 2 previous waves, and I'm moving in front of the PUG to clear the way for delivering the 2nd pizza.  There is an Atlas and a couple of Phantoms hanging around in the area between the reactor and the LZ, so I rush in, plop out the turret, and effectively have all three distracted so he can make his way to the LZ.  After several seconds, I look to see how he's doing, and he's not delivering the pizza - instead, he's trying to snipe the Phantoms with his Kishock.  By now, a second Atlas and several other enemies have come into firing range, so I let loose with a couple of missiles to clear them out.  PUG continues to shoot shot after shot (missing every one) at the same Phantom.  More enemies move in, he finally goes down, and seeing my chance, I rush in to pick up the pizza.  Thanks to the Omni-Button, I accidentally revive him instead, and then take an Atlas rocket to the face and go down.  I use my last gel just in time to see a Phantom ready to gut me.  Of course, none of the other PUGs bothered to use gels.

Scorpions are better, you can easily stick multiple grenades on each door during the time they are closed. Beyond that, coordination is everything.

Well, yeah :)

Reactor Hazard, jamming reactor doors so they won't open.

Are you Xbox?

He's on PC, but I'm happy to lock him in the reactor there if he needs it doing.

Reegar

So I made a game, preset to Dagger/Reapers/Gold, waited a few minutes, then started on my own. First pug: GT/Reegar. Second pug: BatSol/Reegar. Third pug: Asari Huntress/guess what? Reegar! I lol'd. Sent them all a message like "reegar ftw, eh" after which the Batarian gave me many light melees throughout the game. The Asari was a complete beginner; the rest of us did our best to keep her alive, not that it did much good. The other two were ok. Someone saved me from a sync kill by a mob of multiple Brutes and Banshees at one point with a well-timed nuke, that was nice.

Turned out to be a fun game.  :)

Number of botb I've run into in the last few weeks who are using piercing mods on projectile weapons is ridiculous.

Yeah man, it's like 5 or 10 bucks normally, I'm running it on a laptop with integrated graphics, so if you have a computer chances are it'll run at least half-assedly, maybe even two-thirds-assedly.

Good to know. I may have to do it. I want to see some of the mods in action.

Just tested the doors solo. I assume you can lock them down tight if you have three people in on it. I tried from the inside, it didn't work. But of you put the shot right at the top of the cut out you will leave almost no opening.

It's more like timing and not where you hit the door in my experience, at least the times I've gotten the door stuck down I had the best luck sticking something to the door just a split second before they went back up.

Toastersruineverything.

Started an UUP lobby with my QFI. Got a suave, debonair Harrier Quarksman, then a lovely, genteel Arc Pistol QFE. I started the game jubilant, and in giddy anticipation of the possiblity of a full quarian soup squad. Tech melees and powers were exchanged in the LZ and we got down to business doing the good work of the Fleet in saving the krogan homeworld from some rippaz, toasters and derperus. At the end of w2 a pug joins. I sprint over to the LZ, round the corner, still overcome with blissful exultance and.........

it's a bosh'tet Geth Trooper <_< .

Tried to pretend it didn't exist but that was hard to do with it spamming flamershit everywhere. Should have hedged my bets, locked the lobby before starting and done a quarian trio instead. At least it got synced on extraction so we didn't have to all sit on one side of the shuttle glaring at it on the way home.

Yawn.

Dropped into a PUG lobby preset to FBWGG with a Kroguard, reegar KroSol, and BatSol.  Normally I'd just search for another lobby but I was a bit pressed for time so I figured: fine, you guys want cheese, let's have some cheese.  My incendiary reegar KroGuard led them to uneventful and utterly predictable victory.

Even so, the saddest part was that they wouldn't return my friendly headbutts.

Mellow.

Something made me very mellow this morning. But the pugs that landed in my lobby seemed to have enjoyed it, because they stayed + one sent me a GGs msg with an exclamation point at the end (GGs!).

However, I was quite burned out afterwords, so I missed out on a lot of ME3mp sessions today.

Almost invited bournejason to that session since I seen him online, but it took him awhile to fire up ME3mp. So I wasn't sure if he was in the mood to play. By the time he fired it up, my lobby was filling up fast. The lobby I became too attached too, so I keep it for the remainder of my morning session. Till next time, bournejason.

White Hazard/Rippaz

Very smooth match, so nothing to report here

Curry

Dagger/Rippaz

Had to clutch 3 waves ( new personal record ), because 1 pug was in deep love with his hardcover. Only problem, banshass loved that hardcover too. One other managed to get himself cornered and downed in nigh impossible to reach locations. The last was decent, but got himself synced 3 times. Still full exfil.

Smooth

London/Rippaz

A smooth london game? How did that happen? Must be because of dem Rippaz!

PS: Why did I get only Rippaz today?
