While this is true, indeed, it does not hide the fact that you euipped the mighty Krogan with a weapon goin gggzrzzzzlllzzlzlzzl instead of BOOM (or even BOOMBOOM in case of AT12). And apparently there is a vision bug because I can't see the Omni-blade.

I had no need for an Omni Blade because I could simply use Tech to purge Fortification for a massive Melee boost.  I equipped the mighty Krogan with mighty Tech and the Geth wouldn't even come near that room.  Try that with an inferior biotic kit and they will be all up in there

Played a Reactor Haz last night with MaxCrushmore, and I must have trapped someone in the Reactor like 5 or 6 times (including Max twice during the same hack) and didn't kill anyone (Max was clearly using Ops each time, and I roasted the Puggernaut a couple times who probably just survived because juggernaut). Unbelievable.

Turret dropping engineers are my bane of the battlefield. TornACL hates them with a passion for a different reason. Usually because he draws the short straw and gets a chance at an Atlas with an engie repairing it faster than he can damage it. When you hear a missile near him it's because a giant robo-suit and its attendant posse exceeded his tolerance for scumbaggery.

 

I always grin when that happens.

Wiped 4/5; only extracted on Silver. I guess some good news is I figured out how to aim with the Acolyte and drop its rounds merrily into a swarm of Geth.

 

The last match was White/Collectors/Gold. Wave 6 pizza; the other PUGs were way more skilled than I am but three of us (me included) still ended sucking Noverian pavement after half the group charged the endless spawn and got us into a revive pile. The one guy who made it out (the guy with the highest score) finally realized he should go get the pizza, but he was apparently speculating on the price of Cobra missiles because he used exactly one to clear a mob and figured he was awesome enough to deliver the second pizza and clear the map without them. After delivering the second pizza, a couple of Possessed Troopers took him down while he was trying to snipe them from behind a storage crate. No more medigel (used up earlier in wave 6), stompies, see ya.

 

I'm still a really crappy player and it drives me nuts to see PUGs who are way better than I am making foolish mistakes like scorehooooring on objective waves and saving their missiles till they're toast. My mic works now and I was trying to "encourage" them, but I guess they usually don't listen to someone 15,000 points behind them on the scoreboard.

U/U/G dropped us to Cerberus Giant. Great game. Those Cerberus fools didn't have a chance. My TGI outscored all with at least 15k and then host left without giving me a chance to take a screenshot.

I'm so disappointed.

You are the better player (Team-player, that is) if you stay in the hack-circle and use your missiles wisely. If you are 15.000 points behind or in front of them, doesn't matter in this case. I wish more people wolud "encourage" the Charles-Bronson-Players to help with objectives. I do it all the the time and i am usually the guy who scores first in a PUG-match. They won't listen to me either...

Returning to the game after about an 8 month break,I found out last night that drunk playing isn't as easy as it used to be.I started a quick match,then 3 rage gells later(still on wave 1)I said **** it! and just quit.

Been there done that. My solution however, is to hit up my go-to drunk kit.

 

Krogan Vanguard, Geth/Gold/Vancouver. Cyclonic IV with Talon x. Doesn't matter how drunk I am I have to *want* to die to fall down. I also find it a fun relaxing stress free environment where I get to headbutt as many things as I want with virtually no consequences. Also the only time I'll set a public game and start by myself.

​Low N7 and CP puggernaut (who played with Javelin and Rider) and my SalEng were carrying the match, other two guys were down most of the time. I had two more gels, but i decided to drop down and play dead.

Took it out for an alien murder spree. Some dude joined with a Drell Inf. sporting a Cheezgar and only equipping a mental focuser. Figured he was gonna be in demo mode spamming recons all over the place. Yep. Blasted one off before the first wave started.

 

GI murder machine has no time for that BS. I don't think he caught more than a few husks and maybe a random cannibal or two in blasts before he quit. Talon and drill ammo. Many dead things before he could even spam a mine.

 

I almost feel dirty after using that toaster. Almost.

Juggernauts everywhere!

 

Came home from hockey last night, a few beers in and as I was wide awake, decided to get my ME3 on.

 

Sad it's getting harder to find lobbies; after about 2 mins of searching, I finally land in a lobby with an N7 zillion player who I have surprisingly never played w before (though I'd played with almost all the N7 leaders). They were using a Juggy, effectively too. Then another Juggy joined and off we went. Good game, the Reapers did not do well. Everyone bailed after the game ended ..

 

So i search for another (way past my bedtime) and after a couple minutes of not finding anything I just start a UUG solo, which netted ReactorH / Geth. By wave 2, 2 Juggies joined (diversity is dying in pugland). The toasters weren't doing well (as I was using a QME / Harrier .. hey it was late and I was drinking). Then around wave 5 Upper Reality joined (also using a QME) and the pace of play accelerated significantly. Afterwards everyone bailed .. and I went to bed. GGs all around

I felt like quitting I was struggling so badly. I haven't played much in the last 6 months, so I'm just now starting to pick it back up but I'm getting my ass handed to me on gold. I need more friends that play regularly that I can leach off of.

It's odd, I don't deliberately lock people in the reactor on Reactor Hazard, even make sure it's clear before pressing the button. People still run right in before the doors close.

Switched to PC and pugged around on gold.  Had some fun games and I had forgotten how much I just love this rifle.  My favourite by far.

Pug drops into my lobby with a Venom- good call... but what do they have for mods/gear? The HVB, and piercing mod (!!!), AND AP IV.

I love using an Acolyte against Hex Shields. Again and again and again. Until the Puggernaut stops blocking the way and/or dies horribly.
