Rolled Collectors/Condor (<------- Is this a thing on PS3? I have gotten this combo 4 out of the last 8 games I have played)

 

Bizarre, the Silver game I played today was also Collectors on Condor.  I think someone's indoctrinated the RNG.

I didn't mind, was looking to unwind. People didn't die that much, but were still learning their loadouts.

Pugged a Gold match on Saturday morning. Landed in what was a decently skilled lobby, the first game went fast, so i stuck around for a second. UUG became Ghost H / Reaper.

 

Match was going quite smooth until the wave 10 pizza. As my HA was carrying the last pizza thru the portable unit on the smaller side of the courtyard, my teammates were in a revive chain at the other side of the map, when I heard the whistle of a rocket. I guess they managed to kill everything, because the entire wave worth of enemies spawned in my line of sight in the housing unit! As soon as I saw the missile killstreak I immediately went for my launcher, but the enemies spawned in shooting at me and I didn't even have time to pull it out before getting downed. So thanks to the ****** (who up to that point had appeared competent), I had to use a gel, an ops and 2 rockets to complete the objective. Biggest troll missile ever ..

Or I couldn't resupply ammo and my AIU had to use melee and careful Phalanx shots after my Piranha ran out of ammo. Even tried expending a thermal clip pack and it wouldn't reload my shotgun or my pistol.

Yep, had one of those games a few days ago. Host was running a (badly) modded game I think and they screwed up quite a few things in an attempt to give themselves unlimited grenades.

 

No ammo was a huge problem starting with wave 7.

It was wave 3 or 4 for me with the Piranha. The Phalanx (w/melee stunner) actually lasted the entire match but I was being careful with my shots.

I was using my surround sound stereo kinda, really loud .It's a really nice night out in phoenix..so I opened my windows..... I was using the Paladin with Cryo ammo on the Falcon....was a Glacier/Cerberus match...so of course..every few seconds..the cryo splosions were going off.....  My door bell rings and its the cops.....They told me someone called them to report a domestic disturbance..( from all the glass smashing noises... Really neighbors?  I had to actually explain that I was playing a video game and not smashing my house up ..when they didn't believe me..I had to demonstrate it on my TV.....tomorrow all of my neighbors get the dirty-stink eye.

Not the latest match, this happend some time ago. Two friends -new players- are joking, commenting and enjoying the game, giving everything they had to get a full extraction. So...this happend half a minute before extraction. I could not stop laughing afterwards. Thank you for that game, awesome Pugs.

I was playing Volus Engineer against Geth on Hydra this morning becaus of this fabulous thread. I was supporting well and all.

 

We got outscored by a TGI by a wide margin so I wanted to show him where he belongs and lock him up by shield boosting. But this coward was using a Lancer.

How am I supposed to do my Volussupportshieldboostlockthing if my victim never reloads?

He got shields and damage reduction instead for more outscoring power.

 

We had a 18 minutes game (despite double Targets w/o rockets) because of my support obviously.

 

The lack of moving emoticons is disturbing.

Going through customs and security in one was considerably faster, easier, and less of a hassle than the other.

 

And I can almost guarantee that you just guessed the wrong one in your head.

It turns out that after only a few weeks, I have forgotten how to play.

             1st Gold game..ever..on PS3...( xbox died..so I switched)  I am 34 hours into my PS3 manifest..I brought all my best stuff... Paladin with a level 1 Paladin pistol..all level 3 consumables...All my Gear are at level 1...I am capped out at 2 per consumables..aka gel/rockets/ops pack//..the reason I wanted to wait to get into gold was because I am capped at 2 of everything....ops/medigel/thermal clips....But 2nite I said screw it...// Level 20 Paladin..with a Level 1 Paladin..with Incid Ammo 2..Pistol amp 1, Cyclonic 1 and for the gear slot Engineering kit 1.....Turned out to be a Cerberus/Dagger/Gold... I wound up scoring 108k....After that match I spent 160k on premium packs..guess what they gave me:  Quarian Female Engineer 1, Reegar Carbine 1, SmashGuard 1, and Hydralic Joints 1 gear.....

Would have to be done manually as modmaker doesn't modify thermal clip packs unless they modded your gun to have no ammo.

Don't ask me why or how, I can only tell you what. All guns ran out of ammo, I didn't even get some ammo at the end of the wave. Ammo boxes and thermal packs didn't give me anything. The host on the other hand was running around spamming grenades everywhere. By the time I noticed that ammo boxes didn't work I was almost out of ammo and the other two players had the same problem.

 

In another game it was the exact opposite. Some enemies dropped ammo when killed. I killed a Cannibal at the bottom of the ramp on Glacier and it dropped ammo. I didn't pay attention to that most of the time because I kind of had to carry the rest of the slackers.

I'd say a good half of the modded lobbies I land in get this issue. No clue why, and it ranges from 1-shot mods to Husk Modes. It's happened many many times now over the year(s). No clue why.

 

I had the opposite once, on my Spitfire. The mag size would *increase* every time I reloaded it. Eventually capping out at 998. (Not 999. 998) Again. What tha eff mate! IIRC that was a 1-shot mod. Boring place to be imo.
