LOST
Connection to the game lost... host has left... connection to the game lost... Communicating... connection to the game lost...
Seriously, this is what happens with basically every host migration. How bad IS the netcode?! Is it powered by Oxen? Or just Hamsters? Because it certainly isn't powered by programming made by a thinking being. Unless that being is saddistic, and hates gamers. But then, I hear DAIMP is even worse, so maybe it's just EA/BioWare knows jack all about how things work.

I think it happens when the person who would have become the new host, also leaves, but I don't know this for certain.

Nah, I'm sure the technicians know what they're doing.
Meanwhile in EA server room...

Lame.
Three Furies hanging around at the back of the map, spamming the biotic plague and throw on everything, killing my eardrums and themselves in the process. By the end, I had 15 revive medals, and the rest of my team-mates, between the three of them, also had 15 revives. I know I only went down 3 times, and I rage-gelled twice. At least my off-host Valkyrie skills are still solid.
Infuriating.
A friend and fellow BSNer and me with two pugs, they used equipment and were decent (one was pretty good actually, at least score-wise), except for the fact that they used no consumables. So they spent a few end of waves expectating until my friend run out of gel seconds after I got phantom-stabbed (while trying to reach one of the dead pugs and the other had already bled out) on wave 8 or 9 (i think, i can't remember).

So much this. PUGs be PUGs. I just wont PUG anymore, I'd rather solo. I play with friends, and that's pretty much it. I MIGHT host a public on Bronze or Silver if bored and want the challenge of PUGs making the game suck, but it's just not fun.

Luckily, this seems to be the exception and not the rule, at least when I play. Let's hope it stays that way.

Are you a PC player? I hear odd, mystifying stories from them. Maybe it's just the PS3 community.

Yep, PC player. I'd encourage you to join the master race, but I see that that's already been discussed in half the active threads
Rio/Derperus
Motion-Sickness.
That´ll teach me to use the spitfire. Or not.

Urizen! Where have you been hiding? I've missed reading about you in the PUG threads!
I´ve been hiding in Warframe, Oblivion and Fallout 4. ![]()

Shame on you. You should be embarassed, those are all bad games, I'd take the buggy mess that is ME3MP over them anyday. You'd have to pay me to play those.

Edit:
Best PuG I had so far.
Plat= Carried (by others, of course)
Gold= Wiped (Wave 3 hack in the Giant courtyard. In retrospect I probably should have kited the 2d6x10 Praetorians that were tap dancing on our heads since I was using a highly squishy Huntress and spent most of my time in the hack circle face down)
IGOTTHIS!
After my usual Bronze warmups, I head into Gold and see a host with about a 40 N7 and an Acolyte 1. lolnope. So, I leave and of course, land right back in his lobby because nobody joined him. To stop this infinite loop, I head into Silver, get dropped in a GIP where a Juggy is on the mic saying "Guys, LET ME KILL THE BOSSES!" I just lol and run around killing things with my Huntress. Eventually, he gets a little butthurt about us "stealing his kills" but we stuck around for a few games and he was getting better about Seige Pulse-ing bosses, instead of heavy meleeing them to death.
Things were getting a bit laggy, so I had to split. Haven't been on in a while and had some fun. Good times.
2LULZ4U?

Equipped my TSol with a Hurrdurricane for a change. Geth came at me, geth dropped near me. Business as usual. One Pug left though, I wonder why? ![]()

I like using the Hurricane as a Backup on him. It's good, but the Eagle is still better. I do believe that they are the two best guns for him though. Of course there are gimmicky things like Spitfire, GPR, GPSMG, etc for infinite clipsize, or shotguns for sniping (Marksman Piranha comes to mind), but they don't feel.... serious. The dude turns those hand-sized guns into such a destructive force that I can't help but use them.

Why would you do that, with the PS3 so very hackable? Just open the ports listed here:
