"Great," I thought, looking at my zero gels, as I listened helplessly to the sound of my shields dropping, saw the camera shaking as I stood in place, and then heard the sound of my turian being put down by the brute. And then there was a biotic explosion, the brute died, the wave ended, and I got up.
 
Judging by the kill feed and their score (they hadn't dropped out and searched for the game, as I first thought), I suspect one of the other players had been lagging as well and made it back to save the day. Full extraction with a scant handful of consumables left. Huzzah!

Yeah, that was me. I was fighting some bad lag as well, got grabbed earlier in the wave. I'd had an awful lag - related wipe already, so I was pretty ticked off as it was, and when I saw you warping around and shooting empty air, I said "f it" and pulled up the console.
I've had a lot of problems with that host before, and people have called him out on it. I'm more irritated that he keeps trying to host anyway.

Gold match with Collectors. Scions were firing grenades while not possessed. Ran into this player from another match that was dumped halfway. That one was also Collectors but I had no idea if he was the host. He was definitely the host when I dropped into the second match because there was only him.

 

There was no dumping and the match was played to the end. However, there was no end match results. I was stuck in loading screen forever and ever. When I restarted the game, no credits had been added from that match. Can't help but feel that the fellow had deliberately done something so that everyone ended up with nothing except him. Putting his nick down as someone to avoid.

 

No, that happens quite often actually. I think it's caused by the host crashing/leaving before you get the results screen.

 

If a match looks strange (no acid rain on Ghost Hazard, can't climb ladders and other fun stuff), look towards the LZ first. If you can still see the Shuttle hanging in the air there, then you're bugged and the host is innocent.

I've landed on his host before, but that was the worst I've seen with him. Thanks for the save, it was justice.

Got through a couple of PUG matches while testing the internet connection.  Glad that it seems to have stabilized though I know I played like crap (which is normal).  lol.

 

Spent close to a million credits on Arsenal Packs and got a few goodies and 2 respec cards.  So, now I get to tweak my Can't Aim Destroyer.

He is a laggy host, although I do some times stay with him with some character not so picky about lag. I'd remember I pinged him once (~200ms) and he was from Florida, so that explains the lag to Europe at least

I've played with that host before and I have also complained to them multiple times that they definitely shouldn't be hosting.

No, there wasn't any shuttle hanging around the LZ. I know that is one of the tell tale signs of a glitch. The game is definitely modded because the non-possessed scions were throwing out grenades and the game was sped up slightly. 

 

I tend to check credits after every game because I noticed very little was accredited in several matches over the years. Suspicious me always think the host is up to no good. *shrug*

Lame. When I periodically retreat to lolbronze after falling all over myself in Gold, the last thing I want to see is a puggernaut with a Mantis on Dagger trying to headshot Assault Troopers from the control tower. Nor do I want to see him backed up by a QMI who is also trying to get headshots. Don't you wieners understand I'm trying to finish the match in 10 minutes so I can go buy a dumbo equipment pack and replenish the gel/missiles the Collectors sucked out of me on Gold?

 

Normally I would assume they were BSNers trying to get challenge completions, but (1) they were both low-ranked (2) I had played with the puggernaut before and he sucks. I was carrying the Krysae and wanted to yell over the mic "Why are you wasting time with headshots when you can just splode them like THIS?"

 

The only thing worse than having to play Bronze is to have it take twice as long as it should.

Reapers/Goddess/Gold  I'm not sure how long it's been since I last played, maybe four months?  The team was actually great, with a total of four deaths all game (two of them me), and everyone paying attention to the objectives.  I somehow managed to score a whopping 53k.  I know it's been a while since I played, but I can't remember the last time I scored that low on gold, especially using one of my go-to kits (Vorcha Engineer).  I guess I'm rustier than I thought!

The game went well, even though we had one escort out in the open. Come w11, I decided to cover the left flank with my Demogrill. With a little bit more than 20 secs to go, I found myself alone. That in itself wouldn´t necessarily have been a problem, if it hadn´t been for 2 ravagers, 2 primes and atleast one fantum. Needless to say I got downed. There was no sense in gelling, I wouldn´t have been able to get off an ops. Shortly thereafter the rest of the team was downed too. So close.
