Cerberus Hazard White Gold, me as a Vorcha Soldier. I drop on wave 2-3 I think, doesn't really matter. First thing I see is people bleeding out, so it was a bad signal. There was a Paladin, a Batarian with a Venom and a Shadow with a Mantis, who kept dying and bleeding out. The match goes on and I notice nobody gels, but we still were going nicely, so I didn't worry about it. Wave 6 was a bit tough, and the batarian and me had to do the cleanup, iirc. Wave 7 I had to crutch, and I was angry already. Wave 8 all of them died pretty quickly. Now comes the interesting part (BSN has made me a monster). I killed everything but an ATLAS, which I left with a bar of armor. I started to think if telling them to use the effin gel would be effective, but I decided to do something else. I started to do a little vorcha dance (turning Bloodlust on and off) and lazily shoot at the atlas to keep its shields from regenerating too much. I spend an minute or so like that and then had the greatest idea: run to the closest dead teammate and do the dance on top of them. It worked like a charm, host (the batarian) left.

 

After host migration the Paladin and Shadow stuck with me, but this time the shadow did use the gel. We didnt extract as I tried to revive said Shadow and a Geth trooper that dropped in only to be blocked by a phantom squad on one side and an ATLAS on the other. 

 

So now part of me feels sad, cause maybe the batarian had run out of gel and only the Paladin was a true leecher, or I don't know. But part of me thinks f* them.

Played 3 games PS3. The last two I ended up quitting like around wave 8. Just wasn't feeling what I was playing, wasn't feeling the pugs, and kept forgetting what buttons to press on the PS3 gamepad. ... Sigh. Stuff like this is what makes retirement and vacations come a knocking. And I just came back.

Is he still playing Vorcha Soldier with armoured compartments, dropping a missile at the beginning of each wave past 2 to get bloodlust going?

same three player, this time as Huntress, Justicar, Fury... and a jugg who had the easiest, most boring match of his life I guess Giant hazard collectors. 16 minutes and change, and almost no missiles to speed things up. We took wave 3 targets down so fast, the marker glitched for me, and I had two markers out at some point One of the fastest, smoothest matches I have ever had.

Camp Overseer

 

Ran into a familiar nick in Jade, Gold, Collectors. Familiar as in encountered in an event I called the Fourth Klingon. Whether the voice belonged to him, I've no idea but the person uttered one sentence, clearly criticizing gameplay; you run about, you die, heh heh. Be smart, don't be an idiot .... camp. At least, that's the gist of the statement. Since I was playing a squishy asari, with no buff shields, it's predictable I went down when outflanked. I'm not saying he's picking on me, but how is one to enjoy a game with a camp overseer?   Not possible, hence I dropped.

 

I can turn off in game mic but sometimes, I'll hear interesting chat from other players. I can't talk to them (no mike) but sometimes hearing other players (obviously friends) gives the game a different, enjoyable flavour (especially when they gripe good-naturely when they get mowed down or do something silly)

I don't want to have to bring out the black widow and acolyte, but I keep getting pugs that can't at least hold the line against the dragoons, and phantoms of gold cerb, let alone actually kill them without my help. When I'm doing QFI + valiant, my carry-fu isn't as strong as it could be, and I need my teammates to actually not suck at life.

So I came back to PC to dust off the Destroyer to reevaluate the kit I designed. I realized that I don't really like the krysae on it. So I switched to the adas and had a much better time.

However, I joined some really horrible pug matches and I took the results on the chin. That's just the way return matches end up.

Funniest thing was that I was randomly meleeing pugs with my GI and one of them said "What do you want mothaf*cka" lol.

They also camped the LZ on extraction which was a nice opportunity for me to farm revive medals

...but fun. Joined a game in progress with my Huntress and found a single ACA fighting against Cerberus on Reactor. A few moments later a Fury joined, followed by another ACA. Four DC users is not the optimal choice for a biotic team, each time an Atlas came around the corner it was hit by 3+ DCs. There were lots of booms and enemies melted but the inefficiency of it all kept it from being awesome.

I join a Young KroLord  gold lobby, who maybe should be in bronze but I ready up he does the same, we get Vancouver Collectors. One other asari pug joins W2 and sees Krolord taking dirt naps, decides to do same from then on.

 

Krolord has <3k pts in 5 waves making me wonder if he is only killing seeker swarms

 

I leave him to his greatness , not in a mood to solo today

Because why not leap into Gold after not playing for months? I had level 1 and 2 junk equipment on as insurance in case I loaded into a game in progress, which I did. But, it turned out to be Wave two of Reapers Giant, and there were already three others playing, so I figured, this should be fairly easy, right? (teehee.)

 

So. Much. Faceplanting. Much like my early days with the Paladin. And constantly getting locked up against objects while moving backwards. And getting stunlocked from behind.

 

It's like I was conditioned over three years into a weird Swedish Syndrome where now I need the abuse that only ME 3 MP can give.

Novapug,charging banshees on Haz Giant (preset to Reapers) with predictable results ie: pierced belly,  Drellpug and vanilla asari pug didnt seem to do any combos/ I  had SI w/Indra and was keeping game going until w9 crate corner caught me and a 1bar brute WWE'd me to end match

I just spent 3 million credits, and my medigel and ops Packs are both below 70. I'm actually running out of ME 3 MP stuff... It is possible!
