Spent a lot of time with someone named Piper. At first, she seemed like quite a new player. She was using a low level basic pistol, and rarely did much damage. And boy... she really didn't know how to hide or avoid taking damage. There were a lot of times I could have taken enemies down with perfect positioning, only to have her give up the ghost and start the firefight early, losing our advantage and dropping her in seconds.

 

She's a nice girl, helped me unlock my inner RPG-lesbian.  But your description of her is spot on.  I spent longer than I would have on a Physics homework on circuitry, wiring up my first truly devious flamethrower/siren/laser trap at the Castle, only for her to go and set it off. It also took me half an hour (with a witness) to get her to climb into her power armour on the road beside the work bench at Sanctuary. I hit Level 80 before the madness of what I was subjecting myself to hit home and I hit the eject button.  I might go back to the Commonwealth after a couple more patches, but for now my settlers are tooled up and very much on their own. I have more frames on a wet night on Ghost against Collectors, and less chance of a freeze! 

 

In the ME Universe, I'm still conducting some alt a/c experiments, and am honestly still finding better play on Silver than Gold, although it seems there is still no chance of Sabotage being allowed to run its course in pug games, so my desire to have an Atlas stomp a Phantom remains as elusive as ever.

Most of Giant was spent in the open, shootin´n´splodin stuff left and right. My AJAs bubble had a lot of work to do. Reactor was pretty much the same, only this time I took my slayer for a spin. Lots of TBs.

110 hours into my PS3 manifest....I get the TGI   ..threw on my shiny new Reegar 2 and Shock Trooper 1 package... Rolled Geth/White/Gold  ...the LOL-fest then proceeded...Got out of there just under 20 minutes

Playing Turian Ghost again. Since I have 90+ AR medals this time around, so I might as well get Overload challenge completed again and collect the last few AR medals to complete AR Mastery again.

I'm on my second playthrough, and I have an issue where if I dismiss or replace Piper, it activates a game-breaking bug that prevents me from progressing through a critical early mission that bottlenecks almost the entire game's story questline.

 

So I'm stuck waiting for the next patch, which "might" fix the issue. In the meantime, I can continue to play as long as I don't dismiss or replace Piper. So... I've done a huge chunk of the game with her now, and her commentary on locations and quests is the best.

 

 

 

I'm still getting tired of not being able to do anything else, tho', so I really hope they fix this with the next patch.

Lol, bet you have an achievement trophy for all the weird bugs you seem to pick-up in each game you play. If it exists you had it.

I asked him politely if it was standard rate or if the credits had been bumped up. I've maxed my manifest. I'm just in it for the credits now. I would've stayed for the credits...

 

But I don't think he spoke English.

Derperus Adept. I don't really love him. Smash range - yeah, right. Also no expert in those anim cancels - and they are loooong. Still, he did the job quite well, thanks to some team synergies. I just wish pugmeisters wouldn't keep using powers on flying crabs THAT excessively.

I was unfortunate enough to land in his Gip the other day. He ran a Juggernaut with a full automatic Claymore, on a 1-hp enemies server. Felt disgusted, emptied my missiles at his feet (which meant "fk you scrub") and I left.

 

In general I love modded games when they are well-made, they can be crazy fun. But this is anything but fun. I hope ME:A has an "avoid" button.
