Wave 8 Reapers, Giant Hazard.  My Melee AIU / Raider 1 was taking the lead in a difficult duo with a DAI but it was all under control, right up until the bit where it ended suddenly. I do realise this is as interesting for the rest of you as knowing what I had for breakfast, but I'm doing a PS3 system restore check and I'm in the 30% region, so I've got feck all else to do...

Had some pretty sweet matches today.  First with the Geth Engineer and second with the Volus Sentinel.  Lots of infiltrators on the second matches.  We kicked Cerbie butt pretty hard.

With 2 Jugs in the match, a lot of CQC ensued. Made for some tense situations. Also, the other Jug still has a lot to learn on proper Hex placement. His shields were more of a hindrance than help.

I kept trying to throw sticky nades on abombs whenever they got near this melee-only juggy....but he was meleeing stuff while he had his healing turret out..and he must have had a cyclonic 4 on...cuz the damn pug wouldnt go down

Dunno why but I've noticed a lot of em in the past few pugs. Usually fairly rare in my experience. All have done fairly well too.

Infuriating. None of them knew what "cover me" meant. None of them  wanted to ever use a missile, or a gel.

They do know, they just disagree with you and me about what it means.

 

To them it means "run around randomly and kill stuff regardless of what's shooting at the one doing the device."

I normally play Silver since it's something I can do and it's usually fun, so I get annoyed when I enter a Silver lobby and someone changes it to Gold or Platinum or I end up in an in-progress game at those levels. (I can usually survive Gold, but I find it annoying even when I have a good team with me. Wave 8 or so usually has me muttering "There's STILL some left?!")

 

Today I queued for Silver and ended up... in a Bronze match. Didn't notice at first, unti about wave 5 when I noticed no Praetorian.

 

Oh Quick Match, even now you find new and exciting ways to troll me.

That has to be the fastest wipe I ever had. We got devices on w3, it was rough, but we managed it or so I thought. The game gave me the all clear notification, but something was off. Enemies kept coming and coming. With 30 secs to go, the devices hud came back up. The guy closest to it tried to do it, but was completely surrounded. Working as intended^TM.

My first two pug games actually required some mighty carrying powers. I'm talking Katana X type pugs. But it was fun. Mission success first time. The second time I was out everything but two OPs and 1 missile with a hack in that ammo box room on Goddess VS Reapers. I had to let the pugs take their daily nap to ensure payday for us all (I hope the pugs understood). Lots of dancing and two Ops later, I somehow pulled that second half of the Hack off with barely any time to spare and the weak dps I had. Pugs must of being at the edge of their seat, because I sure was. ... But couldn't escape the mayham in time. Nap time for Sinful too. Next game, I picked Jug Spitfire V, lol.

Open console -> click on terminal -> type unlock -> close console -> pretend it never happened.
