Squadmates make something of a point not to revive me, and on Wave 7, a Banshee just made a beeline towards me and sync-killed me on the spot, without noticing anyone else.
What makes it even sadder is that the game itself is quite well-progressing. Even a gear-wise woefully unprepared guy with Arc Pistol I holds his own very well on Platinum.

We made it to extraction. The only wave we survived in full without being sync-killed or stomped was, curiously, 10. Scored more than 700k.
On wave 11, I bled out, and the Juggernaut heroically remained at the far side of the map drawing aggro.

I dusted off the trilogy for the first time in years to unlock the SP trophies again on my new psn account. Had great intentions of continuing my me3 Shep run, redownloaded all the dlcs too. I made the foolish mistake of playing one or two games of MP to boost up my GR. And, well, here I am. This game is evil.

We almost got 10 waves survived but one of the krolords inevitably got synced, during extraction klendathu drop started playing and we blasting away some bugs and brutes, we were holdind the line when the kro sentinel got punched by a marauder and downed, he didn't extract that day, he was a hell of a soldier.
No sweetie, I just misread his post, thought it said included not excluded. Rejected by the new ps breed, dats a deep burn. I could have made a new friend, ouch. Better grab some ointment.
Duo
I kept ending up in games with me and one other person. First was U/U and we got Glacier/Geth, which was buckets of fun with my SI Mantis, alongside a Cabal who couldn't stay alive. He couldn't leave the lobby fast enough after that game. Then I ended up duoing Rio/Reapers after 2 ppl dropped out on wave 8. Just a reminder that the player base is dwindling and carrying every game is mandatory.

Started a Silver match w/about 400k credits and when we finished... I had 900k credits. Um...

Oh well, they'll likely get a ton of consumables instead of UR cards anyway.
Denied
The down button my D pad on my PS3 controller wasn't working and I couldn't medi gel resulting in a wave wipe on wave 9 when I had 5 medi gel.
I don't think the host even noticed how badly I was lagging when I was trying to carry and clutch and then host left without a second thought after the scoreboard showed up.
Overall I got psycho mantis'd (metal gear solid reference) on from the fourth dimension hacked my medi gel button. Couldn't do anything, there was nothing I could cook against someone breaking the fourth wall.
Pretty sure that was some next level space magic that not even the illusive man or the reapers could match 
I ran into someone who played the drellgod, and didn`t die all the flipping time. Next game we both played krogans, and it was lots of headbutts between waves and in the escort drone circle.
