[Salarian Master Race]

Joined a GiP that was Geth/Condor Gold.  Host was a Turian Soldier with a Lancer.  I was Salarian Engie with Talon Pistol.  While the scores were close for most of the game, ultimately even his Wave 11 spawn nukes were not enough to surpass me.  Though I must say, Lancer TSol puts out a fair amount of dakka; it was really difficult to steal his kills.

I knew something was going wrong when the shuttle was still in the drop off position after the first wave. And then the invisible enemies made their nonappearance, the only enemies that I could see were marauders and banshees, except for one wave with cannibals. But we made it to extraction even if only two of us made it out, and I was in second place point wise.

he sure did go down alot in that game. Most waves in fact, sync'd twice if I recall, alot of death. I tried to revive him but he got curb stomped as I was rushing to aid him. Also left that lobby pretty quick when we were done, I didn't even get to see his progress. If it was him that's the first time I played with him, surreal.

If you need/want help with the Collector one, I am on PS3 most of the time and LOVE any excuse to fight Collectors. They are my favourite faction. If you catch me with my team though, we tend to be a loud (the happy kind) bunch, often with much laughing, a fun game is a good game.

Uh oh.

Should have known better when the host and the other guy equipped no gear and low level uncommons. Had an ok guy join in progress but my claymore hsol had to carry a few waves.

Wiped on extraction. Gold glacier collectors is not a good map to run no gear on.

I'm mad I tried so hard to keep up with MySoup, but fell behind by 1k points in the end. I was hoping we could knock them down to second for one game.

Frankly I'm quite glad you did. I don't care about topscore all that much in most circumstances, but I'd be damned if a toaster was gonna be above my glorious Admiral Xen QFI-Arc Pistol build even in a laggy shitpile of a game like that one. 

Nonetheless, a marvelous machine, that Raider sexbot. The things I could learn about it under slightly different circumstances.....

Challenging.

Host had some extreme lag. A 3 or 4 second lag. Which meant I had to predict where the enemies are likely to be positioned in the future. Shooting directly at the enemies proved ineffective, so I had to shoot at a point in space and hope that my target will be positioned at that point four seconds after I've pulled the trigger. It was challenging.

Played 1 match on the weekend. i received an invite from someone on my FL when I loaded up, so I accepted and joined. Landed in a lobby hosted by my friend pre set Glacier / Reaper (yum) and noticed they were playing a Volus Merc with a Disciple / explosive ammo, while their mic'd up friend was using a no ammo mod Destroyer / Adas .. I backed out for obvious reasons.

 

So I quick search and end up in wave 1 of the same game .. man was I pissed. If you want to do that why not set your lobby to private. I proceeded to send some angry messages along the lines of 'MGing in Gold is pretty lame, and hardly needed' (everyone knows the only acceptable MG game happens in Bronze *it's true!). When pizza wasn't the wave 3 objective I bailed (bye ammo mod!). I removed the host from my FL

 

So I wait a couple mins to try and minimize the chance of landing in their lobby again, and search .. land in wave 2 of a pre set Giant / Reaper (man, really!?! AGAIN)

 

After that I shut er down
