That's the player yes. Sometimes I see something that looks like scoremongering, then I realize it's new players who don't know how to tackle objectives effectively, or that are a bit overwhelmed and just decide that camping is the best way to clear every wave. I don't mind those. This one is different though, BW X and knows the spawn points and how to run the score up

 

For what is worth, he didn't topscore, though I did start alone for the first wave or so, and I also blew all my missiles on wave 10 post objective just to speed the match up.

^Yeah I get you, I don't even mind scoremongering, a little competition can be fun but one has to find a balance between competition and cooperation.

Giant/Cerberus/Gold, Host (Pug 1) and Pug 2 both finished with like 30k at the end.  Pug 3 was a Reegar AIU.  I was a Salarian Engie with a Cryo Ammo Talon Pistol.  Smugly satisfied when I beat him 144k to 140k.  He left ASAFP.

 

Noteworthy moment of that game though was when he killstole my Atlas from across the map with a Shuriken SMG, that was both infuriating and funny.

AIU / Reegar with a ........ Shuriken. There's a word for the imbalance at play there, but I'm damned if I know what it is. Still, I've learned something today - I would have thought an AIU could sprint faster than the Shuriken could actually kill anything.  Thanks for sharing that moment - I keep smiling, thinking, "Classy!"

I swear Marauders were using tac cloak in my last game(by same twist of fate, UUG turned into, you'd never guessed it... Giant/Reapers). There was this Marauder in the control room who shot me down. After I geled, I ran around it and the lower room(the one with ammo crate) like three times and still couldn't find him. By that time, his Brute buddy came to pay me a visit and while I was giving him an attention a nice guy like him deserves, the aforementioned Marauder popped out of this air and shot me down again.

 

This happened couple of times in the game, so yeah, no wonder we wiped on wave nine.

Nah more likely the geth copied the Marauder when they got the Reaper upgrades.  Reapers in turn likely copied Shepard and the ME2 stunlocking elbow of justice, as a result of Habinger's humiliatingly being defeated by it so many times.

...you just read my mind. First thing that came to my head were those Destroyers that would melee rush you. It was hilarious because most of the time they would do it and then run away like nothing happened.

Don't agree with that scum.  The Geth did the charge from their inception.  They worked out a good tactic and executed it.  You don't see in any garbage Quarians making up an enemy for a game now do you?  Their betters that they created do.

 

Not too far off from what AI is going to do to us in a few years.

I just use print screen, then paste into paint or something.  As far as I know, Origin doesn't have it's own screenshot thing.  But the game has to be in windowed mode, otherwise it is just black.

IIRC you have to edit the coalesced for it. On how to do it, there should be a link for it in the resource library. And then theres the way Silvershroud described.

I swear, every single Prime and Hunter would follow me around the map, and shoot me through walls.  Oh yeah, and there was a Talon Merc with an Incisor I (no mods) and Shuriken III (Heat Sink and Magazine).  While no doubt the result of a new manifest, that is a pretty terrible loadout for a merc.

Dropped into a lobby with 3 familiar names. I´ve played with them before and I knew that this game would be relatively fast. Needless to say, the lobby did not disappoint. A Venom HFE, a Raider QFI, a Hurricane AHI and my Indra HFI. Made for a 22 minute run. Great Game.

All the WORST PUGs play Silver (Atleast on PS3). If you have heard a story about something bad a PUG can/does do, (PS3) Silver PUGs do it.

Gunslingers:

 

HME with a Paladin, QFE and AA with Arc pistols and a human adept with a Phalanx. Hand held pew pews everywhere. 

 

 

Team Campsauce:

 

So FB Hydra against Geth. We have a demogirl with a BW set up in the bunker, Salarian engineer with a CSMG camping at the LZ and Jav GI and Valiant HMI me camping at the far side of the map near the control room. Since we had spawn control and overlapping fields of fire, if any one person was in trouble, the other 3 would offer assistance in seconds and as a result, no post got overrun. Hell, the geth didn't even get close let alone overran us. I think the only consumable I used in that match was a rocket on wave 6.  

 

2 objectives were assassinations so we didn't even have to abandon our posts. Wave 10 we got low ground escort which also robbed us of our 10 WS medal ( drone caught our SE in the open and primes unloaded on him, he didn't stand a chance.  ). Other than that, many marshmellows were roasted, many toasters were scrapped, electrocuted, flash frozen, decapitated by high-powered rifle slugs and generally hurt in other imaginative ways.

 

I stayed for a couple more games with this team, really fun players.

When you as a volus adept with a level 4 csmg......and you have to score over 160k just to keep the team in the game vs collectors on rio... cuz the lone wolf banner holder couldn't be bothered to equip even level 1 equipment on their level 12 off host batarian brawler...even when I politely asked.....sends me a msg saying that I am a noob and ": this is only gold, so I dont need to equip anything"..and that I need to have that banner in order to matter at all.

 

Thanks. Me, my OG biotic god banner and the rest of the team really appreciate your contribution of 41k points as well as you bleeding out on waves 7 & 9.
