I was hosting a cerberus game.......a very brand new player enters my lobby as a level 2 drell dept and is actually using a mic ..... I'm fairly drunk...screw it...He can play... We roll Rio.... wave 3 happens.... atlases start showing up...he starts hitting them with pull....then he starts getting mad....he starts screaming on the mic about how this is b-s -hit because he remembers that in mass effect 2 how he could use pull on y-mir mechs???... ( actually, I don't really remember if that is possible...maybe if they were down to health???..I guess.....dunno..fact checking it later) ... he decided to quit...aww... sad emoji here.

There I was playing with my trusty Asari Vanguard with Hornet in otherwise unremarkable White/Geth/Gold game, until around the wave three I noticed that whenever I threw a lift grenade it didn't diminish it from the inventory. My first thought was "ah space magic" and I was about to leave the match, until I made the observation that I was the only one who had a grenade class (don't remember what host was playing though). Curious, but I thought that maybe the host had done some coalesced tampering and forgot to reverse it. Contemplating on the situation I decided to do the right thing and embrace the situation by juvenilely spamming grenades non-stop everywhere (and I mean literally non-stop, even between waves, because you never know).
The rest of the match went as one could expect, but the whammy came at the end of the match at the lobby when the host yelled "**** you, you ***** ******"* and I was promptly kicked. Not that I hold that against them, if it was a glitch I mean. It probably wasn't too exciting to watch from sidelines.
*stupid BSN censorship, but a kitten, female dog and coitus were mentioned.

I don't play that much anymore and when I do it is always after I have been drinking..usually a lot. There is a clear and noticeable dropoff in my skill level with each drink I have so I wouldn't be surprised if people have complained here about me sucking. But despite my alcohol induced deficiencies I have not been booted from a lobby in a long time and have only been yelled at once. I even had a intriguing conversation with a couple of Russian girls a few weekends ago and I don't even speak Russian but they were sure laughing a lot.

Oh, yeah, London/Collectors with escorts on 6 and 10. With four infiltrators. 
Wave 10 involved a lot of missiles, gel, and ops packs.

Gold Dagger Collectors. Player came in as a turian soldier in the middle of a wave armed with a cerberus harrier. I was using a CH too on my AA. He was swimming around third, about 20k behind, and self healing when he went down. At the end of wave 5, there was a scion left. At the window of the upper deck, I could just see one third of the scion's backside and promptly shoot at it. Since I equipped AP2, some of the shots sizzled through the edge of metal that blocked out the scion's other half and I got him.
This didn't please the TS who unleashed a fusillade at me. I don't know why. Maybe he felt I was cheating (we both used the CH, why didn't I get him?? %$#@@XX!!!!!). Right. *rolleyes* Maybe he felt cheated of his prey. Wave 6, the objective was to hack. He decided to be the hero (I can do better than you!) and went off by himself, firing off missiles in quick succession. He died at the other end of the map, nobody went to gel him. He kept dying and dying in succeeding waves. He probably didn't understand why his heroics wasn't working.
Infiltrating the points, points, points, points. Yay, I'm top of the list!
Reaper Gold. A bit laggy but not very bad. Got a human infil on the team whose objective was to get as many points as possible. He ignored wave 1 disable devices, busy popping mobs at the other end of the map. He ignored target objective, busy popping mobs at the other end of the map. I left and so did another player who joined me in another match a minute later.
Reaper Gold Dagger. Two infiltrators who again didn't bother with objectives. I was at one end of the map, after disabling device 2. The next device was near one of the infils. I waited. He didn't do anything. I did all the devices and pizza deliveries. One of them made sure he topped by popping missiles in wave 11.
This kind of infils are like players who are healers who never bother to heal their teammates (Battleborn), thus contributing to failure. They just stand around chalking up the kills.

Nah, man, with pugs and no communication, I would do max. 3 devices alone (or taken the escort halfway alone), if feeling nice, and leave the last one for the unhelpful pugs, just to see if they ever bother.
Has happened a few times that the timer has simply run out, as they've been a) nuking things as far as possible from the objective, or 
even standing near it but not bothering. This is when I have turned on my mic at the latest, to say that I might be a b*tch but I'm not their missionbitch.

Dropped into lobby, set to Unknown/reapers/gold, with an Asari adept, and Asari Infiltrator.
Hurry up and switch to a Justicar, and the fourth person to drop in was another Asari infiltrator.
I just love biotic boom squads.

Don't forget the mighty guardians 
There certainly are hard counters to them that mostly de-fang the faction. For example, I wouldn't be surprised if the host was using the GPS on his GI (not that anything at all would stand a chance against that setup 
). And while it is satisfying sometimes to just obliterate the damn cheaters (selective smoke, on-host phantoms, heat-seeking missiles just to name a few of their "tricks"), it is exactly this kind of polarized easy-as-pie/hard-as-heck experience that makes me dislike them.
My quip was mostly aimed at the pc environment, which is where SassaMFG plays, where it is actually pretty rare to find pre-selected factions 
I understand PS3 is a different beast, where pre-selecting non-collectors is almost a necessity.

I don't have anyone on my list either. Nor do I have anyone on my ignore list on BSN. I have come across some complete douche nozzles on Psn but I don't wanna be missing out on any hatemail or salt. And on rare occasions when passions have cooled, a couple of those peeps have actually turned out to be pretty chill dudes/dudettes. So, you never know..

Scatalogical. Got tokyosandblasted by a Praetorian during Wave 10 wipe on a very laggy game a couple days ago as I was firing my missile (which passed clear through the ramp on Hydra and off into the ether.) The other players were good but the lag was too much to overcome. Good attempts, bad outcome.
