One day. One day I'l update our maps with arrow pointing that says
: "campers - unless you and your buddies wanna die in plat or gold don't camp here" ( I'm dead sure people learn to dominate in silver and bronze that way)
For
condor it's that hot-dog stand
Goddess- that patio overlooking the swimming pool
Rio the bridge
Vancouver - in and around the offices
London - pedway
Hydra - @ the escape pods
They just dig-in and try to defend it - wave after wave
The pedway in London is easily camp-able, and the offices in Vancouver can be too, if the team is playing correctly. Basically, you need to understand that the PUGs are going to be focusing their fire at where the big boss enemies are coming from (because that's what PUGs do), and just be constantly checking flanks to make sure that dangerous enemies like Hunters, Phantoms, Dragoons, Pyros, Ravagers, Bombers, Marauders, Captains, etc., aren't sneaking up on your back. Keep the PUGs alive, and everything will turn out OK most of the time. If the three PUGs are camping and you're off roaming the map, they are all going to die and you will be left soloing.
Not saying this is my preferred playing strategy, but when PUGs try to camp there, I can make it work. On Gold at least. Plat may be a different story, but I don't typically play Platinum with PUGs unless I'm with a group that looks too good to be a bunch of campers anyway.
