Hectic
Applies to my last three pugs. Ghost/Cerberus/Gold, Hydra/Cerberus/Gold, and Dagger/Cerberus/Gold. (Does EVERY "unknown" match have to be Cerberus?) All three involved pugs with absolutely no concept of co-op at all. They just scattered around the maps and flailed around like lunatics.
I ran a Widow HI on Ghost, and spent the entire match watching the other three's backs to keep Phantoms off of them while they tunnel-visioned the Atlases.
Then ADAS Cryosoldier on Hydra. On wave 6, one of them got impaled on the first device. I got over there in time to cover the second guy, who finished the device and then ran straight into a mob of Phantoms and Dragoons, died, instagelled, and got impaled. I spent the next 45 seconds clearing a stream of phantoms off of device #2, before doing that one myself, and then the same for the third, and fourth, while pug #3 was busy padding his score and spawning things on top of the objectives.
I followed that up with my Hurricane Cabal on Dagger. This time two of the pugs ignored the objectives, but fortunately the Justicar was decent enough, so it actually didn't go to badly, despite the fact that all four of us were doing our own separate fights on far corners of the map most of the time. Aside from the heart attacks I'd keep getting as I'd come around the corner to see this Phantom, who I killed with NSB on wave 3, and just stayed there the rest of the match. (I do like the nicely diagonal line of phantoms across the screen...)
