Three AA and a KA. boom, boom, boom. That's the one thing keeping the brutes and banshees away. I noticed their weapons aren't that good when I got gel at the wrong moment and banshee signed my dance card. Spectated the rest of the wave and noted the last two took rather long to take down two banshees. Still, they knew what to do and did it.

Low grade weapons and no kit. They tried for gold against cerberus. I took one look and knew we wouldn't make to wave 11 but I went in anyway, just to see how long we'd last.   It was close. Wiped at wave 10 objectives.

Me three quarters tanked as a KroGuard (A G&T and a couple of Dark and Stormy's). Joined by a KroLord and a Juggy. Much stomping, smashing and hammering. Many explosions.

 

I think there was a human running around under our feet somewhere.......

Was using a Turian Sentinel and ended up getting made host of a lobby after the original host left and a Krogan Sentinel joined the lobby. Started a game and we both ended up on Reapers London Silver. Two other Krogan joined in. It went pretty well, I think the Warlord got synced once by a Banshee, but we got through it. That wasn't the disappointment.

 

None of them headbutted each other between waves. I even did a light melee SMG wave but no response. *sigh*

AWESOME. Collectors/Gold/Glacier Hazard. Played my cave troll a.k.a. Krogan Vanguard! No prob. Collectors got murked! The lobby was full of quite new players I think judging by the guns being used but it was a good team. Good team=Good fun.

My poorly equipped Human Sentinel was the belle of the ball. Banshees and Ravagers only had eyes for him. Im a little rusty, and it took me a bit to realize why I seemed so beleaguered. "Sheesh, guys," I thought, "what did I do to deserve all of your ire? Can't you give a little attention to the three...infiltrators..."

Long game. Lots of running and hiding.

Amusing. I've been the only non-infiltrator in a game and took a lot of fire. Especially after the three infiltators all died and I ended up carrying the wave. ;-)

I'd punish people with FR purgatory, if not for the fact that I don't like the clutter. x)

 

OT: CONSUMABLES

 

Hosted a lobby wherein the pugs were apparently allergic to gel or nukes, so I had to waste ops packs and ammo packs to save their idiot selves. I mean, they kept dying all over the place, but they were scoring well enough that I didn't want to have to leave them dead and end up clutching. They also seemed to enjoy either hanging out across the map or just standing directly in front of me while I did device objectives. On top of that, they didn't nuke a prime that ended up right next to me for the last device, which meant gelling, throwing on an ops pack for good measure, and cloaking (thank **** for infiltrators) while I waited for the nearby jugg to actually do his job. Thanks, pals. Gold star.

Infiltrators!

Was using my Geth Trooper to acquire the flamer challenge and ended up in a GIP w/a QFI. Got swarmed at first but that was what usually happens to the person rezzing in on the LZ but I ran through them and then flamed the crap out of those who followed. Kept moving since if the only other player is an infiltrator the enemy will home in on you.

 

Then two Shadows joined the game. Again, I kept moving, but then I only really camp with kits like the Demolisher or if there's a good choke point the enemy keeps sending enemies through.

 

Surprisingly I didn't die, though only one of the Shadows kept dying. Actually Dragoons are ridiculously easy to kill since they charge right into your attack and you can build up a dot, then shut off the flamer and dodge their lunge and they'll melt soon after.

A few nights ago I played my first match in about 3 months. Land in a lobby with a host and one other player with 80+K CP, the fourth joins, a N7 18 with an avenger I. Myself and the other high CP non host click ready, when the host tries to kick the low N7 guy. LOL

 

The host kept changing the set up to re-set our readies. Then because we wouldn't kick the newbie, they changed the set up to Plat random map Reaper. We all clicked ready, wow what a mistake that was for first match in forever. Rolled Haz Ghost (hate that map)

 

The N7 18 died about 8 seconds into wave 1 and quit. The host let themselves get stomped on in several rounds, and both the other two got synch killed multiple times. I still give credit to the non host, they tried. But after both other players had been stomped on in wave 7, I realized I wasn't really having fun and bled out myself.

It wasn't a difficult carry; I had my Raider Valkyrie vs Vancouver/Reapers/Gold, but the Wave 3 Escort went nowhere for 2 entire minutes as I was the only person on that side of the map.  So I stepped out.  2 minutes later ONE PERSON came to move it.  So on Wave 8 I "accidentally" got grabbed by a Banshee and went to make a Turkey Sandwich.  Mission scrubbed just as I was spreading the mayo.

So I liek join a game. London/Reapers/Gold. Everything goes well. Then at wave 10 it gives us a Upload/Hacking objective. In the middle of the map. Incoming gangrape by Banshees, Ravagers and Brutes. I fire a missile right at their feet. It does nothing... as if it just decided to go through the map floor or something. Another missile manages to only kill one Brute when shot at a group of them. Like waaaat? Other players started using missiles too but it was too late. Two go down. I run out of missiles and I guess so does the only remaining player and.... yeah. I call bs.
