[Sinful Force]

A few nights ago I played my first match in about 3 months. Land in a lobby with a host and one other player with 80+K CP, the fourth joins, a N7 18 with an avenger I. Myself and the other high CP non host click ready, when the host tries to kick the low N7 guy. LOL

 

The host kept changing the set up to re-set our readies. Then because we wouldn't kick the newbie, they changed the set up to Plat random map Reaper. We all clicked ready, wow what a mistake that was for first match in forever. Rolled Haz Ghost (hate that map)

 

The N7 18 died about 8 seconds into wave 1 and quit. The host let themselves get stomped on in several rounds, and both the other two got synch killed multiple times. I still give credit to the non host, they tried. But after both other players had been stomped on in wave 7, I realized I wasn't really having fun and bled out myself.

I was playing a lvl 9 Geth Engie on Silver (I just bought the whole franchise again on PC. I miss my Harrier) using the Arc Pistol and I managed to out-score 3 lvl 20 players by a wide margin.

 

Felt really, really good.

Oofah, just had one of those, played a gold game as underleveled N7 Shadow, thought it would go well with lvl 3 equip.

 

Well, I survived, but there was a LOT of running away.

Some to zero kits. The volus beachball was the lowest grade but I give him points  for his efforts to boost everyone's shields in a venomous glacier map against collectors gold match and valiantly doing the pizza delivery. I also forgive him for the numerous lockups with his shield boots.      The other two also did their best. Everyone got out at wave 11. GG.

I've a feeling the other three were dubious about my kit. They were all dressed up; weapon grade Xs, ammo grade 4s, etc, but I was ready to run with 2s, 3s, no shield booster but with .... a cerberus harrier X.    They probably thought I'd be at the bottom in a cerberus gold match but it didn't turn out that way. I also have a feeling the host wasn't pleased since his banner says - BotB. So he started a missile storm at wave 11 and proceeded to plant his BtoB flag.    I let him beat his chest.

Player by the name of Alientech (played as a Jugg) did not appreciate my Jugg play on FB reactor Silver.  He sat by the LZ the whole match and just took shots at me from across the map.  I was trying a different build http://kalence.drupa...13N51314!38GACG to me and leaving the SP on my shoulder while being more aggressive with Geth Spitfire and melee.  I was doing quite well actually.  In the next lobby he voted to kick me (I was the host).  I laughed and quit to go make some cheese steak sammiches for dinner.

I've played with him, too, and he's the shittiest Jug I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. Ragequit in my match, too, because we purposely abandoned him in a room with all the enemies on Glacier and he apparently wasn't happy about it.

TRADE DOWN

 

I wanted to use my buddy Barry the Batarian Sentinel for a PUG game because I hadn't used him in a while.  Barry carries the Raider with Incendiary Ammo and maxed shield recharge to make him nigh invulnerable to the fire of mooks, who can only shoot helplessly and ineffectually until they are dispatched in whatever way Barry desires.  Barry got placed in a first Gold game with a very good PUG that got through the Wave 6 objective with a 5-waves survived medal.  Then my XBox froze.  I started it up again and put Barry into another PUG.  This one was very, very not good.  Barry was teamed up with a Fury whose game strategy was Dark Channel / Throw biotic explosions and couldn't even do that right, a Smashdept who was halfway decent until he either disconnected or quit and was not replaced, and a fourth player who I don't even know what he/she was playing because they never made it more than 15 seconds into any wave without being stomped/synced.  After soloing waves 4 and 5 and being left alone on Wave 6 before the 2nd target had even spawned, Barry had had enough.  He took out the other 3 Brutes and let himself die. No need to waste any more consumables on these idiots.

No wonder I haven't seen him for a while in my Batarian crew!  Barry is clearly a gun for hire.
