5. I heartily embraced the phantom who stabbed me affectionately in my Batarian guts
Yep. that's when you know it is a really bad game when you get to this point. Been there many times (especially in the last several days) myself

Surprising.
After a few really frustrating games a few days ago, I took a short break from ME3 and played other stuff. When I got back into it tonight, I was worried my unlucky streak would continue.

Guess not. ![]()
Also, everyone got sync-killed on w8 but me, somehow. I hadn't even realized they were all dead until the last guy got grabbed by a Banshee across the map. I would've stuck closer to him if I'd known, but oh well.
Side note: I really hope my host wasn't a laggy nightmare for everyone like it was earlier this week. :/ The ACA's Dark Sphere seemed to work fine tho, so I'm feeling cautiously optimistic.
BOOM
Collectors/Reactor Hazard. The unequipped, low-level or uncapable PUGs never stood a chance.
Funfact: a submission netted Abomb makes a good time bomb for unaware PUGs climbing up a ladder... SURPRISE!!!
Unplayable.
Aside from the issue of finding a lobby in the first place the average IQ of the playerbase seems to have declined overnight. One particular highlight was a Turian soldier with.........a Shuriken II.....on Gold. I joined mid game so I didn't get to vet the players beforehand.
I think my manifest will remain incomplete. I've just about had enough of these morons. Hopefully AC:Rogue arrives tomorrow, only just got around to getting it.

I tried Krysae on Vanilla Human Engineer, surprisingly funny.
Tried the Krysae Human Engineer again. The game was a bit laggy - featured Marauders killing you in one burst from full health (ran out of gel at wave 7) and Overload not hitting the target - but still managed to get a decent score.
EZ
No joy on delivery so I decided to try again. After an hours worth of connection losses and idiots farting around in lobbies (Silver was completely dead) I broke out the TGI Harrier to expedite things. Giant/Geth/Gold, all too easy. The pugs except one were decent. Though that one pug wasn't bad as such but ate tarmac plenty.
Overload and disrupter ammo = 15 minute match. A couple of instances of stunlock tennis were aggravating though.
That was about the only match I got in really.
Useless infil
On Rio Gold with Reapers. There was only three of us. The Jug was trying although his weapon wasn't inflicting enough dmg. He moved to cover me during disable devices, the host playing an infil was busily racking up the points. I had to provide cover for jug as he did the rest of the devices, the infil could only do so much with his widowbumbum as the horde converged on jug while I try to keep them off him. Too many. He went down too many times, I had to use missiles. Infil player was totally useless, he doesn't bother to gel when he could and that only once when the jug player was nearby.
Two strange things happened in pugs today I wanted to write about because they were strange. I forgot them both. Live goes on.

It was interesting to see a marauders Elbow of Doom miss, because of lag.
London.
Landed on London with GE offensive Turret yesterday. And many times I patiently waited for the flame to prime, only to realize the Turret fell off the map again. Never knew London was so bad for this before.
Baturian, part 2
Started an open-lobby Kishock BatSent duo with Sinful Force. Two turians joined midway at the wave 3; one of them started nuking spawns at wave 8, upset at being outscored by batarians, no doubt.
The only thing that I could think about during the last four pugs was this:

But the pugs simply insisted on getting themselves killed out in the open. Protecting the LZ during extraction was, of course, mandatory. I thought "lol, nope, without me!" and left them alone in the first game, but then I felt bad for them getting killed over and over again, so I joined them for the second and third game. During the last game they finally understood and followed me away from the Phantom infested LZ, hooray! ![]()
Two spoilers (Drelldept vs. Cerberus, Slayer vs. Toasters, both off host):
(The time is a bit slow... Still, eboob confirmed!
)
And then there was one absolutely hilarious moment during the last game: One of the pugs was playing an Asari Adept and at one moment, he ran up to a Phantom and yelled "Embrace eternity!" over the mic, heavy meleeing the Phantom.
Well, you can quess what the outcome was, but he absolutely gets bonus points for that comment.

Same colour scheme. Same problems as Condor.
Except on London the sight lines are supremely long which Scions and Ravagers love.
Wipe is one word I'd describe all but 3 gold matches today. All before wave 10 too.
Silver money in other words. So I just rage quit all those. Saves a loading screen.
Trippy
It was a long time since I'd played a bronze game, and I was curious to see what things were like down below and how the PUGs were, so I equipped my trusty Predator pistol, with no consumables, and joined a game just to observe, laze about, practice head shots, etc.
What I dropped into was the craziest weird lag I've ever experienced. Map was Reactor/Reapers. It was really entertaining. I was standing still, but was being moved all over the map for the whole game. I would shoot Warp at the enemy and it would hit about 3 seconds later, in a place I didn't aim at and where the enemies weren't. And then I would be somewhere else. There were players running through the air above me and getting stuck in the walls. Marauders sliding sideways through the air. Being killed by things I didn't see (but on bronze this only happened twice, because I wasn't going to waste my ops packs of course).
Anyway, I retreated back up to Gold where I felt safe and secure.
Easy
At least how I remember it a couple of weeks ago.
I haven't played in a while, I might return and find out my skills are bronze noob and not spectre level anymore.
Honestly have no reason I want to continue playing ME3 MP, other than to whip out my crutch GI claymore build, or use the volus mercenary.
Stop me if you've heard this one before:
I participated in a Cerberus/Dagger/Silver PUG with the following players:
1. A puggernaut
2. An infiltrator (QFI, not TGI, surprise) that literally did nothing but run to the other side of the map and try to snipe everything (oh, and die repeatedly).
3. A Bat Sentinel that was marginally competent but still didn't bother breaking out his precious Cobras when it was use them or wipe
4. Saikyo_McRyu, who was using a L12 human adept with no fitness, just lookin' for some easy money and xp. When I saw everyone else in the lobby had at least 20% of MY challenge points, I swapped out all of my consumables for higher level equipment. Not that it helped.
I was the only one doing the objectives with the exception of the puggernaut who might have done one if it was nearby.
We wiped on wave 9 after an engineer placed a turret in the main courtyard. I should have had my mic hooked up so I could have at least tried to warn them before the revive pile of doom took place. Anyway, phooey. I gained a level though

My last pug had a guy that went shockwave ALL THE TIME. It was so bad it made it hard to aim with Krogan melee. That's how bad it was.
Accepting your sympathies below...

I have this happen EVERY time I use a weapon that requires careful aim. Giant hazard, or screen shake spammers.
