When i'm bored, sometimes I think of things. Sometimes they're dumb. Here's some dumb things I thought of when I was bored.

Group Challenges

The Drone Wars

You and a group of consenting allies play a match using Combat Drone as your only means of attack, and achieve full extraction.

Solo Challenges

Dance of the Shadowman

Play a game with full PUGs, do not exceed a score of 2000 (Bronze), 3000 (Silver), or 6000 (Gold). Upon reterning to the lobby, you lose if anyone votes to kick you, or any player leaves the lobby. (Bonus points for playing with PUGs with mics)

(You can not play with any friends, and you can not let anyone in on what you're doing)

I am now curious to see if the first challenge is possible. I'm not even sure if 4 drones could strip an atlase's sheilds lol.
Unfortanately I've play with a few pugs that have completed the second challenge

No Atlas can withstand the might of the Drone army.

No one can get that low a score with trying. I did a lot of testing.

Using only combat and not combat drone? Well, that sounds easy. Combat includes everything: Powers, guns, melee etc. Shouldn't be hard, right?

Did the first one when the challenges first came out.

HE Ghost/Cerb/Bronze duo. All damage from combat drones. No guns, melee, missiles or powers used. (I did cast incinerate once by accident but didn't damage anything.) Drone escort was interesting. I don't remember the other objectives, but know we didn't get assassination (that would have been nigh impossible). It took about 20 minutes.

Here's the thread I made about it.

Gold would be pretty difficult, but 2 close range shock/exploding drones and 2 tanky rocket drones might work with power mags and amps. 2HE + 2 volus mercs? Assassination would still be terrible, though recasting exploding drones detonates them, I believe, so you could just cast-recast-recast-recast ad nauseam until whatever it is dies.
