So happy ME2 doesn't just end after you complete the final mission.

That was my biggest problem with the last one. My first playthrough felt very rushed and the plot made it seem like I needed to rush through the major missions to stop Saren. Glad they got that fixed for the sequel. :D

But, what if you're the only one who makes it out of the final mission alive? Do you still get to wander around all by yourself or does it treat it like a game over. I'm just curious, I guess.

I've been wondering about that as well. Maybe the first part of Pinnacle Station was test for that.

I had to replay ME 1 2 extra times so I could play the DLC so it's a help.

That would make a terribly lonely Shepard. Wandering space without friends :(

In Dragon Age, a save gets created just before the final battle that you can continue play with. I wonder if they will do something similar in ME2. That would certainly explain the disc change.

Would still have Ashley/Kaiden/Liara/Wrex. Hey it'd be cool if they joined the squad for post game missions.

Yep. I will consider it a failure if anyone is killed.

This is looking very possible now for a solo Shep post game.
