Crazy thing is that I was going to ask him to help me possibly do some video testing and comparisons between PC and Console as its something I have never done. I do have ME3 on PC but my manifest is so new there. Figured it would be a cool way to kind of maybe squash this and do something constructive. 

Then I went to his channel and saw that that he even has a solo with the Chakram launcher.... mods.... 

Its getting harder and harder to find YouTubers who provide gameplay that is pure except for a few that we know. Maybe its just me but the reason I started doing videos in the first place was to teach the N7 Spec Ops group and anyone who wanted to know how to play Platinum straight without cheating or modding. The channel went up from there and I got subs that I was not even expecting so it went farther but still....I believe in keeping the game pure.

Sorry about the rant....I guess I just dont see the appeal to modding but I know it has its uses for example that MGamer guy who has this insanity challenge thing...it looks cool but...its a mod....and again it would be cool but then if you get credits its a cheat....and guess what? You get credits...

I dont bash on what they do but I do get cross eyed when people who mod this game come to criticize my gameplay when I play the game at its purest form. The way it came on my Xbox Disc with no mods and no cheats. Oh well. It is what it is.

No no. Its all good. What I wrote was in regards to getting credits for a modded game. Thats all. Anything that goes against what was naturally coded, in my opinion only, should not get credits regardless of how hard or easy it is. I am positive that anyone at BioWare would consider getting credits on a modded game as a cheat or reasons for a ban.

When I looked at the vids you had up I liked what I saw and thought it was cool. My only concern is for receiving credits for it as it is still a modded game...regardless of difficulty. Still man, dont mind me and I didnt take any offense to your comments as you were only talking about a harder challenge. Props to you for being able to do this Insanity mode. Hopefully ME4 will take pointers from what you have done.

hah no, I can't do it. I made a thread looking for teammates, nobody joined I can do it with 1 more player than the challenge allows.

Fabulous

First solo I had ever seen was back close to the demo days with a Salarian Engineer using the Decoy constanly, Widow, Dagger vs Cerberus (or Geth). That was the beginning of solo's for this game for me. That was amazing and I think the dude could only carry 3 medigels (cant remember exactly but it was still awesome). 

The end for me well...I appreciate my own work just as much as other gamers. I have more solo's coming up too but once those challenges are done I am also done with solo's as well. 

And as for Fabulous..... lol....no comment

Jade but in all honesty....thinking maybe Glacier Hazard too but that maybe too insane..all that stagger and then the stupid troll ball hanging around destroying your shields. I definitely dont want to do it with the Kroguard so...Hmmmm... Im still thinking through it.

Jade, Glacier Hazard or Dagger Hazard. One of these would be pretty tough

I'm yet to watch the other half, but I like what I see, gives me some perspective on when to run and when to fight. I think I'd like to give this a shot at some point.

I absolutely 100% understand your stand point on wanting to play the pure version of the game. I went offline only playing just by myself Diablo2 as I did not want to interact with cheats/mods at all. It was a long hard road, but I made it in the end (self found most of the high item level uniques)

Sorry, even on console incinerate w/ armor damage + reegar + incendiary ammo is still cheese. We may not be able to one-clip Praetorians but it's damned close.

Of course, it doesn't take away from the video or the accomplishment. Perhaps people were just reacting to the over-the-top title. This is still impressive and you can tell that you didn't know about the glitch as you weren't always opening with incinerate on bosses. I might give it a go with the Krosent sometime. Nice work!

dude...I was almost about to give up there....I was like no...no...no ops pack work! ops pack...keep me going. LOL. Till finally an escape. I cant stand abominations when it comes to devices. If they get to you they mess it all up. They almost did.

Yeah Im not always privy to all the "cheese" type combo's. You learn something new every day. Honestly I always use incinerate with armor damage on all characters and about the Reegar well....I rarely ever use it. You can go through all 150+ videos I have on my channel and not find one gameplay with the Reegar. I had picked it simply to switch up from the Claymore as my subs would be tired of seeing me use the Claymore and hey...why not? Its a good gun. My issue was really on that it seemed that some wanted to put down the solo as probably "easy" (not said directly) due to the Reegar Incendiary. I could have done this with the Claymore and done great but again...yawn. 

About the title. Its just for fun. This was my third try and hopefully it inspires others to know that they can get it done. Hopefully the vids and guides help for sure. This is still a very hard solo but fun to get it completed. 

I almost did it with the Krogan Soldier. Curious....any cheese combo with the Krogan Soldier? LOL.

I think jade is a little too extreme, you're exposed 99% of the time. Dagger is pretty open as well and if you get sniped it could be hard finding something to charge. Glacier hazard is meh, it might be time to change scenery.

My new bud HardcoreSalmon did Jade. I am thinking I may do it as well but am not sure what Character I want to do this with....I guess I'll have to take out time to think through it but in the mean time I have other guides to do that are not solo's.

LOL. Just watch. Dont tell me dude. I then go and do a Platinum solo and end up somehow using whatever cheese combo without realizing it and get comments on it. I love his grenades though....they are delicious.

i know you've been away a while so, the incendiary cheese is - hit a target with any incinerate type power (flamer, inferno nades, incinerate), then incendiary ammo 4 the same target. the damage properties of the original power is then transferred to the DOT of the ammo power. (i think). meaning near instant death. (i've probably got something wrong in that little discription)... 

meaning all damage is done in 3 seconds.
