I just recently bought Mass Effect 2 in the Steam Sale, and tried to download the DLC for the game, but after I made my purchase, I get this screen:

Nothing downloads, yet the points are still debited from my account.
What is going on? Because right now, I've paid the money, but got nothing for it, to say I'm annoyed would be an understatement.
(Yes I censored my Bioware points balance and order number).

You have to go to your game entitlements page:
https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php
and download them there.
They come as an executable, which you run to install the DLC, then run ME2 and connect to the Cerberus Network to validate the DLC.
