I think the XBOX crew realize that they don't have much of a leg to stand on.

Don't like the lack of backwards compatibility and the new connect thing I find slightly lazy - literally why press button when you can shout at TV.

I'm also concerned by the 'fee' thing with used games and wondering how the cable TV integration will work in other countries from US. Will Virgin Medias even be compatible? It just seems pointless.

I think the only time I ever got a console on launch was the PS2.

I'm tempted to do it again this generation, but only because this generation has lasted sooooo long.

Hush. Last Nintendo thing I bought was N64 and I never got a Playstation console. 

I did get Xbox and X360.

XBox One is going to win the next generation. Focusing on TV is a good move that will attract a lot of non-gamers. Perhaps some of them will even try a game or two.

One good thing that came out of the press reveal was that COD revealed. Therefore, more BF4 content is right around the corner. Hopefully soon.

Sony is definitely going to take advantage of this blunder of a console reveal as a chance to show up Microsoft and the X1, no doubt, unless its happened already.
