Did you see XBL's indie market? 

It was mostly an assortment of perve games. Two best friends had a nice series on it.

At least it was there and could have been improved upon. Instead, Microsoft pulls a BioWare and removes it entirely.

I'm gonna bet $100 less than what the PS4 initally goes for. That seems to be standard practice for Microsoft. So $399 seems likely assuming Sony is going to make another $599 mistake. 

PS4 is predicted to be cheaper. Every Xbox One comes with Kinect 2.0 so it's unlikely that they'll make it incredibly cheap.

True, but, the consoles are both loss leaders anyway. They may deem it more important to have a pricing edge over Sony in establishing a user base.

That's correct. Kinect is mandatory. The console will not function without it connected.
