We're 30 minutes into the reveal, and I can now say with confidence and certainty...
The X-box One is going to fail spectacularly.
When your introduction to your next-gen console spends the first 30 minutes talking about Kinect and TV, instead of games, you've already bombed in the market. They've just sent the message that they're not releasing a new console, they're releasing a set-top box for TV that happens to do games.

If I were interested in sports games, I think it'd be pretty cool if they could access weather feeds for certain locations and emulate the conditions in the game. Sounds like that could be somewhat feasible.
