Eh, my apologies..that does seem to be the case. Went back and checked..
and I can still reclaim a prize..atleast I think I can.

prize(s) from the code(s) you have already entered into your Dr Pepper
account, please do the following:
• Login to the Dr Pepper EA Gaming Promotion
• From your account page, click the 'Code History' link, located on
the top navigation bar
• From the Code history page, select the 'more info' button next to
a reward that you were unable to claim
• You will be brought to the EA login page where you can
either login (if you have already created an EA
account) or create an account
• From there, you will be offered the reward to select
• If you have already claimed that reward at EA, you will be unable
to claim it again.
After doing that I found that my codes were not wasted...they still have them there. Next to the codes you thought you wasted is a "more info" link that will take you to the game select screen. So they are not wasted.

I contacted the help center, they just gave me the same generic response as the above poster... worth mentioning I entered mine in on January 16. Maybe it was a problem they just fixed recently. Or maybe I'm just out of luck... oh well!

I was wondering that, i downloaded them from the cerberus network & expected them to have gone directly into my armour customisation screen but they're nowhere to be seen ?, any way not really an issue for now because straight after that i got the R.R.O.D - so it'll have to waitiAMDaRKseID wrote...
how do i access these items after i download them on my 360 because they are not in my customizations for armor
