How do I fix this problem, I've tried different ways and they  worked just for a few days and then it started again.

I don't know if it's saying that I'm missing igo32.dll, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere in the internet on how to fix this problem, please someone help me. I don't know y either that my masseffect3.exe is preventing me from playing, ???

Try reinstalling the lot.

But sure to remove all files of the old installation first.
