Hi everyone.

I know I'm not supposed to start a topic like this here but I am currently having issues about the ME1 screenshot function on PC.
I'd really like to seek help from the ME1 technical help forum but it seems like "I do not meet the requirements to post in this forum". Is it because I don't have ME1 registered? I bought the trilogy version because my 2008 copy doesn't work on a Win8 system anymore.
All the screenshots I've taken for ME1 turned out to be ~5mb file each with a black background stating "invalid image" in red.
If anyone could help me relocate my post to the tech forum, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

THe tech forum is closed all tech questions have to be directed to Answer HQ. But I'll try how are you taking the screen shot for one and second how are you opening it?
