 Hi all,

I'm having trouble with the DM client of NWN1.

Whenever I attempt to start a LAN/Internet game, it seems to say "Can't find Server, Response Timed Out".

Does this mean I have to run the server myself, then the DM client? I'm really lost, it's been a while since I last used it.

I just tried this myself and I *can* start a LAN/Internet game from the DM client (though I've never tried to do that before now).

Might be worth trying to start the server with the nwserver and then trying to join, but I'd guess there's a decent chance that won't work given what I just discovered. If you pull open the client logs, do they give any more information on the time out error?

When I pull up the logs, I've got something intresting..

"Player Password: NO
DM Login Enabled: NO
Server Admin Login Enabled: NO
Post Game To Internet: YES"

DM Login off? That's really odd.. Any ideas on how to change that?

Is there currently a DM password? You might need that to enable DM log-in, not sure.
