Spoilers ahead, of course.
Nothing is stated specifically, but there seems to be something more between Irving and Greagoir than just a rocky, acrimonious friendship. You be the judge...
- In the Mage Origin, you can have a discussion with Irving where he refers to Greagoir as "my colleague", then quickly corrects himself to say "our colleague".
- When Jowan escapes, the first thing Irving asks when he comes to is if Greagoir is all right.
- When you return to the Tower, Greagoir goes on about how it's "too painful" to hope for survivors.
- When you rescue Irving and return to Greagoir, Greagoir seems to be nearly beside himself that Irving's all right.
So, I suppose that this could all be because they're really good friends...but it's always struck me that there was something more under the surface. I don't think they're "together", but if circumstances were different....I wonder.
Is it just me, or is there something going on between Irving and Greagoir?
