Is it just me, or is there something going on between Irving and Greagoir?

You are reading waaaaaaay too much into this in my opinion.
Those two have known eachother for probably most of their adult lives. They closely work together. They respect eachother. They ahve learned from eachother. They have come to know that they both are very lucky that the other one is the one holding that position and not someone else.
They live and work in the tower. Just as the mags don't leave, so are the templars confined to it through their duty.
There does not need to be any romantic feeling to care deeply about a person you have been seeing, talking to and working with very day for what could easily be 40+ years judging by their apparent age.
lol Ya it's a total Bromance thing going on.

Can I interest you in a 3 members relationship?
I just finished the tower this afternoon and I thought the same thing. Gregoir seems awfully close to tears for a big, tough, mage-killing Templar.

First thing this thread made me think of. Though it adds a whole new spin to "I'm sure we'll be back at each other's throats in no time", dunnit?

Hmmm.....yeah, they all are. The two "tough guys" try to brush over that whole inconvient fact that they were dresses by throwing some big chunky armor over to presevre their manly reps.
I shall never play the mage origin the same again. Who says slash should only be limited to strapping young lads, anyway?

Oh dear gawd.......I would get it if it promises to show a scene with a young Greagoir and Irving making out

Spotaneous thought: Do templars wear some kinda plate pants underneath those skirts?
I mean, if you inspect Duncan "under there" you will see that he has mail leggings. I doubt mages will. But do templars?
