I recently came back to mass effect after months of playing
better games and I’m surprised to see there is still a missile glitch. I
understand that for people wanting to play a legit platinum game it can be frustrating
when a missile gliticher joins your game and starts doing it but that shouldn’t
be a problem now since most ppl don’t do platinum with 2 ppl and if there’s 3
ppl in the game already a missile glitcher can’t join and start doing the
glitch. And if you join a session in progress and there is missile glitchers it
can suck but there is no point in crying and yelling at them just back out and
start again , yes it might take a few try’s and you might waste some equipment
but that stuff is easy to come by. A lot of people are mad at missile glitchers
because they are jealous of the money/Challenge points/n7 rating/guns that they
have and I find that reasoning complete bs. First off if you want all those
things so bad then just shut up and glitch and if you feel it is beneath you
then shut up and play your way and stop whining bout others. Most missile
glitchers do it for the money/ upgrades so they can have better stuff and since
this game isn’t pvp it shouldn’t bother you. Like people who are mad that some
ppl may be higher on the leaderboard cuz of the glitch are pathetic the leader
board is just a stupid number in a video game and it’s not to be taken so seriously.
Wasting your time reporting people is so childish and immature like grow up and
stop caring so much about leaderboard rankings. I recently played some games
with some of the people on top of the leaderboards and I had to mute my mic to
stop them from hearing me laugh when they would go on prideful rants about how
they are all legit with no glitching, like really it’s not a big deal and
spending over 1700 hrs. (70 days) on a video game so you can say your high on a
leader board and all legit is kind of sad especially if you have real life responsibilities.
So to all the babies complaining bout the glitchers , just man up and stop caring
so much about rankings in a video game. There are ways to do platinum games in
less than 10 mins without using the glitch so do that if you want but just stop
crying. Mass effect multiply is decent at best and is very repetitive and there
is not going to be any more new stuff so stop spending days trying to pass each
other on the leaderboard cuz that’s sad just enjoy every game you play and don’t
take it so serious. To all the glitchers I say Glitch on LOL.

why ? mass effect is dying and it repetative with no pvp online thats why i went to better games ex halo,cod, skyrim , Creed 3, BF and many others. Games that are more unique evey match, and take some sort of skill vs other people.

It's so stupid. Like, I've had to play the game for hundreds of hours to get my current manifest, which was all out o my love for the universe BioWare created, only to see it tarnished by the astronomical amount of missile glitchers on Multiplayer. It is frustrating, and I can't possibly report them all, nor do I feel the courage to to possibly destroy their gaming experience all for cheating. But... I don't know, I'm just so tired about not having good weapons (after 1400+ games) and seeing glitchers getting stuff that I had to bust my butt for. Also, there is a sharp decline in player skill and I think it is so stupid when I click quick match with my 100k worth of credits of gear on, only to see it get wasted. What is even the point of the game if you even missile glitch? Platinum is the hardest difficulty and it won't change, so eventually you will get bored of it - especially if you are glitching.

You are tired of your bad guns  so you have 3 good choices.
1. Not to be rude but shut up stop reporting people because they have better stuff then you kin a video game and continue slowly plug away at you manifest.
2 . start glitching , its no big deal you can get wat you want then go back to playing legit and it wont tarnish your soul.
3. Do legit speed runs in under 10 mins and get loads of credits with no glitching.

Yeah, it takes a lot of skill to mash the left and right mouse button repeatedly and abuse the thousands of health potions the game throws at you.  Every fight is a unique experience of running directly at the enemy while mashing the said buttons and healing when the red bar gets too low.  Assuming you don't decide the whole fighting thing is simply too tedious, and get some skill in sneaking and archery instead, because the AI bandits are too stupid to investigate why all their friends are dead from arrows in the knee throat. 

Don't get me wrong, the dragons were exciting, below level 30, and the landscape is pretty as hell.  But Skyrim and skill don't belong together in any sentence, except possibly "playing Skyrim doesn't take much skill".

Nope YOUR reasoning is complete BS.

I ( as a part of the community, that thinks cheaters stink ) see it this way: If you want to cheat, do it in your own private game.

I play this game to follow a set of arbitrary rules provided by Bioware, which I as part of the community follow and find those rules to be fun - because it imposes limitations on you which you have to work with. it makes choices meaningful and bad choices even more.

Glitchers and cheaters play outside of this set of rules, thus ruining the fun gained. They can neglect any choices made, because they are in godmode and the only choice they are making willingly is to ruin the choices for three other players.

I could NOT care less about what they have in their manifest and if they have over 9000 achievement points and whatnot. I care about my manifest, and I always found it fun to find an ultrarare in my packs. But what I  DO care about all the more is that glitchers spoil my fun. Either by killing enemies with ease that should provide more of a challenge or by glitching themselves out of the map making them unattackable or whatever. It destroys the feeling of having a fireteam of soldiers working together and it instills the feeling of having the enemy right on your team. It is not cooperative anymore and changes the rules of the game.

If you are in a public match, you should expect to behave according to the rules which everybody follows. If you want to cheat, do it in your private game or with lolbuddies. Friends don´t let friends cheat, though, in my books.


Edit: TL;DR: I´d rather wipe on bronze wave 3 with a team of scrubs, than extract on plat by following around a cheater who missile glitches everything into dust.

Not saying i glitch since i can do plat speed runs in less than 10 mins for credits with no cheats but if i was how would that ruin you game for you ? and like i said if you go into a game and people are glitching than back out its simple. Yes i agree ppl should only do it in private matches but if i run into one in a PUG i dont go nuts with anger. Like its really simple to build a network of online friends that you enjoy playing with so you can always have like minded ppl to play with ,just stop beng so socially awkward and send out some friend request

When Your teammate takes away the ball from you and shoves you to the ground, kicks the enemy defender in the nuts, punches the enemy goalie in the faceand scores a goal and does it all day long, do you back up and even congratulate him on his skill?

Yes, that comparison sucks badly, I know. However, barging into a room full of people and starting to shout random insults at the people in there is not considerate in my books. Do you back out of the room, while your lunch is still on the table or do you ask the guy politely to stop it? Yes, another comparison which sucks balls.

Another one: If your financial advisor invests your money into fraud papers, you loosing all your money while himself is getting rich in the process, do you back up happily?

Sorry, I will put it bluntly: There is NO WAY in freaking hell, I am NOT putting my fun and the fun of two other players above that of the ONE GUY who chooses to break the rules. End of story. I am THAT intolerant.

Ooor...I can do whatever I consider right, right?

So, what you are essentially suggesting is that if people don´t like to be in games with glitchers, they are supposed to jump from game to game, lobby to lobby, potentially losing consumables in process and that it is better option than to report glitchers which in return reduces their numbers, thus reduces the need to jump from game to game....

Then there is also the notion, that such people should show consideration for cheaters by not reporting them and simply backing out even though the cheaters themselves have no consideration for others, because they don´t care they ruin the fun for others.
