There's nothing like a throw. Especially when you get it to arc perfectly between some crates to throw that collector over the wall behind it and down off the cliff. Launching someone into the air is also good

I just cannot get the hang of ME2 Throw. If I try aiming low to bounce somebody into the air, I always hit the ground and waste my cooldown. If I aim to the side to throw someone off a catwalk I end up knocking them backward. If I aim straight on they fall backward behind cover. I'm fine with Pull, which theoretically works exactly the same, but Throw just absolutely never does what I want it to. My sentinel has given up and just uses Slam now.
As for my favorite, the most fun I've had in this game is husk bowling with Shockwave, but that's situational enough that Charge still pulls ahead. Just an absolute rush, in every possible meaning of the word.

Well if all else fails you can just use Pull, tell your squad to back off, then throw them into the air
