The only way for MS to get back into the game is this.

350 dollar XB1 model. Free Online play.

but cause they like money and just can't help themselves they won't do either of these things and the death of the Xbox product is all but assured. Unless, a catastrophic event occurs for PS4 like it not working or being utter trash ( I don't think that will happen). So.. Yeah. Xbox 1's future doesn't look good.

how? The multiplayer fee is the only blemish on an otherwise amazing package. And seeing as how PS+ is cheaper than XBL and the PS4 retails for $100USD less than the XdOne (likely the cause of the installation of the fee) I'd say that staying with Sony is just smart for the consumer's perspective.

You're preaching to the choir. PS+ is a way better deal than XBL.

But in the dumb console wars, PS3 fanboys were known to always use the "free online" as ammunition. I love my PS3 but I absolutely hate its smug fanboys.

I'm a part of the master race but watching Xbox one crumbling is fun mostly because their business practice is just very anti-consumer. I spent 5 bucks on worse crap, so I don't mind paying for online. To be honest though, online fee or not, it's justifiable to continue to support PS4 due to the crap Microsoft pull with Xbox One. 

And look at it this way. Sony could have easily pulled the same anti-consumer crap that Microgreed is which would undoubtedly kill the industry. Instead they did what was right. For that, and for the the fact they are probably taking a big hit for keeping the price point low, I think they deserve a bit extra (especially such a small bit). And let's remember, it's not manditory for the sytem to function, it isn't need for single player games, it adds more benefits than XL and Sony isn't adding a manditory spycam.

Anyways, I'm on PC ( and I will remain like that for now ) I liked Xbox360 over PS3. But now if I ever think in buy a console I will go for Sony instead of microsoft.

Also I don't like the new detail of payment on Playstation, I think it's something that harm the playerbase, because we already pay for the games, no need to adress more payments to enjoy the full content of the game.

tbh I think getting rid of the always online requirement alone would improve sales, that said I'll most likely get an X1 (Halo 5 and Titanfall) and purchase it after a price reduction, but I do agree that Sony have made the better console and that will be the next console I'll be keen to get first.

P.S Destiny gameplay yay!!!!!

Launch titles were fairly irrelevant to me, because all the consoles get good titles eventually. The user policies were my biggest concern. Now that's all in the books.

Most of the games we saw played in the first three demos were played on a PC using an Xbox controller. I remember one bit specifically where they showed a bunch of people doing just that (one guy was using the proper tools though;)).

I'm pretty sure you can use a controller for PC, you can even get controller with Xbox setup.

I'll get it for Halo 5. But only if it's bundled and not 500 bucks, lol. I'll probably ending up owning both just like a do now. Even tho I have a beast of a PC, the consoles have the best games. Except shooters (with the exception of halo) shooters on PC are and will always be better than console. Can't beat the ole' mouse and keyboard.
