Importing is another thing Nintendo did right. Backwards compatibility, and off TV play are others. I don't know that the VITA will work too good for off TV play. I think it's a different kind of system.

PC is really the big winner, all of the great console exclusives are going to come to PC, hell Metal Gear Solid 5 is coming to PC. Once Uncharted 4 and Halo come to PC. I will not see any reason to own a PS4 or XB1.

the myth of "exclusives" for next gen. The list has gotten shorter and shorter every year and generation. I remember way back when GTA was exclusvie to Playstation. Then the annoucement that it was going MP litterally rocked the game world.Same thing with final fantasy, now Metal Gear Solid- which I never. Never. NEVER. thought would go to microsoft let alone multiplatform. The hold outs now are Halo, Gears, and Uncharted. Just wait for the ball to drop on those. It will happen. Of course there's some more exclusives but those are the big ones.

I doubt Halo's ever coming back to PC. We had CE and 2 but that was it.

Titan Fall is exclusive to xbox 360, PC, and XB1. I'll be getting it on PC. But if you're only a console gamer you must have a 360 or XB1. The demo was on XB1. 

I'm not really in any category, as I find the whole console-war nonsense to be silly. I'll consider getting a better PC in the future -- Given that I do play games on the PC as well as any other platform. I prefer the console though, as I won't have to worry about specs, errors, viruses, and other formalities in order to make sure I get the best experience/ to play. The Phantom Pain hasn't been announced for PC yet as the rest of the franchise. Naughty Dog will probably remain a first-party developer for Sony for a while, so seeing Uncharted outside of the PS is wishful thinking.

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty was released for the Xbox back in the day. Metal Gear going multiplatform is not news, it's been like that for a while.

Plus, come on hanar one can hope. I think there's a good shot that Halo 5 will come to PC. I'm sure Naughty Dog would love to go multiplatform. Why not? More money. It's all about da money.

Halo could once again come to PC but I highly doubt it.

Naughty Dog is owned by Sony so nope, they're never going multiplat.

Metal Gear Solid 5 is not coming to PC either, not sure where you got that idea from. MSG5 will be a console exclusive.

Obviously Nintendo's games will also never go multiplat.


Simple fact: As long as 1st party devs excist, there will ALWAYS be console exclusives. That's not gonna change in a million years.

nah bro, it was substance and it was released a year later than Sons of Liberty. Chronologically, Playstation has always had Metal Gear Solid games exclusivly. 

Metal Gear- PS
Metal Gear 2- PS2
Metal Gear Solid 4- PS4
Metal Gear Solid 3- PS2
Metal Gear Solid 5- PS4, XB1 and PC.

Uh-huh, that doesn't disregard what I said. It didn't remain an exclusive, so in other words - It hasn't been an exclusive for a while, and you're forgetting about the remake of the first game, which they ported to the Gamecube exclusively.

BTW patrick Bach just confirmed that 64 player count for BF4 on xbox 1 and PS4. Big news for console battlefield players. Way to go dice!!!!
