CDPR confirmed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for PS4 the day after the PS4 was announced. They got special permission from Sony to get an early dev kit, and claim its fantastic to develope on and will be utilizing all facets of its new engine.

I've been wondering if working title/codename Deep Down is a ps4 exclusive. They won't confirm for X1, and rumor is it is indeed Dragon's Dogma 2 or a spiritual successor in the vein of Monster Hunter/Dark Souls.

Yeah, I had heard Microsoft cancelling pre and post meetings with games press. If true, that is more short term PR disaster, but it could be long term success if the reason is policy revisions.
