It's really a dumb approach to trying to make the gaming community more appealing to the casual/family crowds they're trying to draw in with the "all in one" console. What I'm not down for is if they start banning people for the occasional one. I think they need to let people know what the standard is they're following for this- what is "too much" and whats actually acceptable.
Peer-to-peer calls are unmonitored which is expected, and this is limited to uploads. Hopefully all the little CoD kiddies expecting to put up their "beast" games will now hit a brick wall with their unwanted attitudes.
If this does anything to help the online community, I'm all for it. If not, and that remains to be seen, then I hope they DEFINITELY reconsider this new policy.

I'm down for them banning abusive 10 year olds in game lobbys that scream down the mic nonstop "I'll f**k your mom." and whatever else. Just don't ban people for having a bit of R-rated banter with their mates.
Youtubers have been cussing over their gameplay videos and I've yet to see them get banned... so...
