According to a youtube comment(take it with a grain of salt in that case), the PS4 has this tech too. Even without the camera.

Possibly, but think it through.

The PS4 doesn't have a camera with it, so no mic. So how does it record what's said? And in the case of Killzone 4 there isn't currently chat outside of the party, I think, although it's being implemented. So how do they monitor conversations apart from in party chat? I don't think anyone is daft enough to try it in a private party.

But then again after seeing what MSFT has done I'm not going to be too suprised if it happened.

Doesn't pass the smell test at the moment.

I am forced to adjust (decrease) the powers of CPU teams from 50 to 45. Now I have higher hopes to reach 1st place in the league (Now I'm 6th). Heck I had 9 draws and only 5 wins after all those precious transfers in Arsenal. Yeah, the Arsenal who is at current 1st place in Barclays. The game was so unbalanced that Arsenal couldn't beat a team like Stock City easily! (compared to Fifa 10, 12 and 13)

Yeah he's screwed. I read a comment that says it happens on PS4 as well. Not sure if that's true.

I know you can turn Kinect off in the Settings. But yeah, I would be pretty annoyed if there wasn't an in game option as well.

This isn't going full retard. it's Visual Concepts (in NBA 2K14's case) taking the time to bring another iota of realism to video game sports if gamers wish for it. You don't HAVE to play with the Kinect, but if you do it's a neat little feature to have real life rules be enforced through voice recognition.
