No way! I was sure that the Xbox would at least carry Japan!Heretic_Hanar wrote...
LMAO, this is not looking good for Microsoft. :')

Anyway, I delcared my alliance to PS4 just for the heck of it, even though I'm a PC gamer and pro-Nintendo myself.

MS handles the interviews absolute horrible. In every interview you read something different. They not only dodge a ****ton of questions but quite often are way to unclear about a lot of things.LPPrince wrote...

I've talked with a couple of people on this and there is something I had on my mind now alot of folks are asking What happens if you don't connect once a day?
Given how the used games policy works and how worried about Piracy MS is what I'm wondering is as the used trade in system once it detects you do not have or are using a item it removes it from your system permantly right?
So what if the system can't make a connection and takes that as you being a hacker or having "left" And just nukes your system? I mean its also likely the games even being able to be played might be connected to the net. Or it could be like with the install, that it might have a key reader sorta like EA's latest crap and if the Xbox can't make a "handshake" it voids all of your games till you get back on.

Microsoft(or anyone for that matter) wouldn't do that for the reason that you cannot expect someone to be using something like this every day. People go on vacations, people go to uni, people have other and FAR more important things to do than indulge in the luxury that is gaming.

I doubt it's just gonna nuke your games. I can guess it'll simply blocking you from playing them until you connect again.RedArmyShogun wrote...
I stopped listening after the part where he said Microsoft "had to" include an always online requirement. This Woody guy is such a tool.LPPrince wrote...

Minus they already do?
Try playing XBL's arcade or indie games offline. For the most part it will not allow it.

After my PS3 got YLOD, I started migrating to the PC. Looks like I will be staying there.

You don't need a friend for that. They only said it'll have no need of an internet connection "DRM". About that used games stuff though, they haven't really said a straight thing.LPPrince wrote...

Ahh, I'm always online when I'm gaming, so I wouldn't know if you could play say Peggle or Uno offline.

You guys know the stereotypical "I have a friend of a friend who said this and that"?
I have one of those now.
One of my friend's friends(this is over in the UK) apparently works for Sony's UK division, and said that Sony's having issues with the PS4 that they aren't disclosing(for obvious reasons, the issues being that they're a little faulty at the moment) and that in his opinion they may fix this by release, but if they don't, all the rage Microsoft is facing now will hit Sony towards the end of the year.
I'm not taking it with a grain of salt, I'm just flat out not believing it, hahaha. Which apparently he knew would be the case, since anytime someone spread his words it'd have to be a "friend of a friend said this" story.
But yeah. Don't believe that. If by some nano sized miracle this ended up being true, then you can go back here and be like, "Well, who da thunk it?"
But IF it was the case, they better settle whatever the hell's screwing things up, and not take as long as Microsoft did during the 360's Red Rings of Death period.
