He was always making over-the-top statements about Miranda.
Back on topic,
any positive articles on the Xbone so I can tear them apart?

As you can see.
I seriously don't understand that. Everybody knew (had to know) that the "used games" issue would be one of the things people would want/need clear answers to. How can you plan the reveal of your new flagship console and not be prepared to answer these questions? The PR couldn't really be worse than now with straight answers from the start.
Expected (?) reaction to the reveal: "Yeah, I so wanna buy the awesome new Xbox to manage my whole digital entertainment!"
Actual reaction: "Wtf, not only are they taking away my rights as a customer, they also want me to install HAL 9000 in my living room, so he can count how many people are watching TV with me and then decide wether to give me an achievement for it or stop everything and demand more money?!"

X1: "Do you want me to order a pizza?"
Tommy Wisseau: "Whatever, I don't care."
X1: "I already ordered a pizza."
Tommy Wisseau: "You think about everything, ha ha ha! You invited all my friends as well! Good thinking!"
(later)
Tommy Wisseau: "The Xbox One betrayed me! I'm fed up with this wahruld!"

"A release sent to VG247 this evening confirms that Live TV with Kinect navigation, Live TV with One Guide, Trending, and NFL on Xbox will only be available in North America at launch. The release added that Microsoft anticipates a global roll-out over time.As shown in the Microsoft reveal stream, and confirmed in the release, “Live TV will require a supported receiver device with HDMI output,” which is sold separately. The release describes Xbox One’s TV functions as follows, “Navigate and watch live TV from your cable, telco or satellite set-top box through your Xbox One. Microsoft is committed to bringing live TV through various solutions to all the markets where Xbox One will be available”.The paragraph is littered with footnotes that confirm the US-only launch for the features, and reiterates the need for a second device. What do you make of the above then?"

So the big thing at the reveal was how the X1 will revolutionise your TV watching experience. It turns out that the live TV features will only be available in the US at launch and you will have to purchase a separate reciever device for it to actually function. The Xbox One should change its name to the "Xbox One...Sortof."

I am honestly hoping that sometime during the next few months someone at Microsoft will realize the once a day check in is stupid as is the used game fee and subsequently change it.
There is no used game fee anymore, they already changed it. lol
Its been reported a few times already, though with all the miscommunication, who knows anymore

MS has been doing Sony a big favor by being the first out of the bunker, so to speak, with various policies in regards to used games, always on internet, etc. MS is wise to change things up, but even though there is a huge internet backlash after the X1's launch, it is at the top of amazon.com's wish list. Sony could very well have had similar policies but they can adapt and avoid all the self-inflicted wounds that MS has been making.LPPrince wrote...

What? At no point have they said that, Polygon is simply spouting bullsh*t. Microsoft said it's incomplete and inaccurate, at no point have they said no.
What they have done is bundle the 2nd hand reactivation fee in with the second hand purchase price when you pick the game up from somewhere like gamestop. In effect they've tried to corner the market, hence the 24 hour internet so they can transfer the license.
So you're paying the activation fee at the point of purchase, not at install, that's the only change. MS is also going to be dictating the cost of purchase, considering it's they who determine what the activation fee is set at.

Microsoft confirms games can be played off hard drive.
It is a fact they are banning used games due to these facts. We don't need any clarification on the Xbone banning used games. They designed the system so they could ban them, and keep an eye out for them using their own design decisions as a lame excuse.
All games will be tied to one account as well.
We don't need any further clarification if used games will be banned. This also means you will not have ownership rights of the games. Microsoft is dodging and hiding, and they will not hide. Even though we aren't getting their garbage, and they have the AUDACITY to pull this crap, we need to hammer them, and tell as many people as possible.

They're not banning it, but they are restricting it and making you pay for it at the purchase point, in places like Game and Gamestop, where they will control the sale price of the second hand game ie: trade in.
It used to be a free market economy, MS havenow got their dirty claws into it, so will be dictating the resale price.
Trading inbetween people or selling between individuals, I doubt it, that's probably still locked and they'll dmand charges as the point of install.
