Gifs or not, "Valkyrie" is not most effective with a Reegar. The ability to kill a Banshee in two clips and an explosion or two is present with both guns. I personally don't think you can say that killing an Atlas/prime/praetorian a bit faster is more valuable than being able to dispatch multiple lieutenant-class enemies without reloading.

Bomb>AF continued damage means than anything else (including on-host phantoms) needs 1-4 shots to kill with Piranha. There is a charge up time for Reegar meaning that you can't toggle it per individual enemy, and it's glitchy as **** meaning up to 40% of that amazing theoretical DPS never occurs.

Yes, you can sometimes one-clip a Platinum Banshee. That's amazing, but it doesn't automatically render superiority in comparison to being able to rapidly dispatch 3 Platinum pyros or a spawn full of marauders and captains. That's like saying the Javelin GI is automatically better than the Fury because he can kill a single target slightly faster.

wow... this was worth reading

Mister Blip I'm quickly losing any kind of respect for you as a player I may have had.

Fury's teleport dodge ability is very helpful in some cases.
They should have made a "teleport gear" like the geth scanner (=hunter mode's enhanced vision), so we could use it on other classes.

Lol, I would have used no other gear. Period. Ever. Even on grenade classes. 5 more grenades? Who cares, I can teleport like a bawss!

Do you even realize how broken that would be? Oh yes, our intentionally slow Geth Juggernaut can now teleport. Because we need more space magic in this game.

Lol maybe I'd finally convince myself to get that thing out of the box

imo, the fury is a easy-cheesy char to play, that works well for players with less experience, No question can be used effectively with experienced players too of course, but is a early goto char for less experienced players looking to play gold

the valk is much more difficult to play effectively. But in the right hands, I am guessing that a valk outscores fury most of the time.

Overall, the fury is more versitile/"useable". the valk is more powerful when used effectively.

imo

LOL. Valk is more difficult to play? What? You just run up to something, warp it and Reetard cheese it in 2 seconds.

Fury requires MUCH faster reactions and dodge exploit.

While I prefer to play the Valkyrie (more durable) I'd have to say the Fury is the more powerful kit. AF, DC and Throw? That's a pretty powerful set of powers.

Actually that combo is not as strong as it seems from my experience warp is a stronger detonator than throw.

What the fury lacks in durability she makes up for in speed of biotic explosions
What the valkyrie lacks in speed she makes up for in durability

I would go with the valkyrie and it is not because of the glitch (I have never used it with her) it is the survivability aspect that I like especially since AF requires you to engage in CQC. Also she has two excellent debuffers AF and warp which works well with weapons such as the hurricane + warp ammo. Even warp + warp ammo + gun work well on their own.

I don't think geths are capable to do biotic stuffs, and that teleport is something like that.
Not every character has to be supported, just  vanguards, adepts, sentinels.

So you're suggesting a gear bonus that only works with certain races and classes

Yeah, that's not going to be broken at all.

Well, just a few examples: Omni capacitor works only for tech powers, martial biotic amp only for biotic powers.
Basically this could be also a biotic specific gear, or can work on any classes except geth.

Omni Capacitor increases tech power damage but works for all classes.

Fury can always use DC + Throw combo from safe distance.

If you are playing strictly CQC Vaklyrie... it`s not very easy to approach if the enemies are getting support from Atlas & some other enemies from long range. (Prime/turret/maurader etc)

Well, how can omni capacitor or any other specific gear "work" for all classes ?
Yes you can equip on any character, but it's useless on an adept.
Just like you can equip smg booster but it's useless if you have a shotgun only...

I prefer the Fury personally, but they're both amazing classes. It's just personal preference on whether you want more speed/agility or survivability (in my opinion). Also, I think the Fury's dodge is fantastic for both getting around the map quickly and getting away from enemies that she could struggle with, while I'm not really a fan of the Valkyrie's dodge.

This really is the answer right here. They're both great kits with great pros and a equal cons. What really makes either the Fury or the Valkyrie great is what your personal strengths are in playing them smartly.

Ya'll are arguing whose rattle is better.
