 In Dragon Age 2 Zevran's romance was bugged to hell and the romance wasn't flagged for an alive Warden (there was a mod for PC that would only work if the Warden was dead). I was wondering if this issue will be addressed in the third game. I loved the Zevran romance and was incredibly disappointed with how it continued with DA2.

Yeah, I'm really hoping they do something to remedy the Warden's romance with Zevran and Leliana. They both got pretty furked up imo.

Well, I know it was patched soon after, but on the one full playthrough I did she said she hadn't seen the Warden for years. There are also a lot of character reasons I don't think she'd leave the Warden for the Chantry, especially if hardened.

But this is about Zev, not Leliana.

plenty of reasons, They said Hawke was gone just like the warden,  Maybe the chantry told leliana they can help her to find him so she joined up just speculation, But zevran Hes just THERE doing that stupid Sex only Stuff again Goddaym

What platform did you play on and was your warden dead or alive?
I always got this bug on the 360 nomatter what I did.

@OP: As a card-carrying Zevmancer, I'd rather not. The chance to have a nice reminder has passed, and as frustrating as it was in DA2, I feel having another Zevran cameo would be pushing it too far, unless his role is actually relevant plot-wise.

They botched it. It's done. Let's move on.

((Although I admit I'd like to see how he would look with the new engine and all. For science.))

It would be nice if they cameo the warden and your warden romanced Zev that you saw them together. I know it won't happen, its impossible but it would be nice other than that I hope Zev is NOT in DA:I at all leave him alone

That would be nice, no matter who your Warden romanced in DAO. If it was a female, she could have the regular female body for an elf/human/dwarf, wearing Grey Warden armor, but a hood drawn low so the face is hidden. She and Zevran (or whatever LI) could clasp hands, and walk off. Zevran (or whatever LI) could look back at the camera and give sort of knowing smile.

Same thing if it's a male Grey Warden.

I don't really know much about game programming (perhaps someone can fill me in?) but I got the impression the Zevmance problem stemmed from DA:O flagging his romance stupidly rather than DA2 failing to read those flags properly. ie - it's a DA:O problem and thus will not get fixed.

If you see ejoslin on the DA:O or DA2 forums, you could ask her. She's pretty much the authority on plot flags and all things Zevran. But I don't think I've seen her here on the DA:I forum.

Not really a front since he is willing, eager, and ready to have a foursome at the drop of a hat, and nearly everything he says is an innuendo. 

I would like to see an openly bisexual character who doesn't conform to the promiscuous stereotype.

But I don't really care to see Zevran back either way, and certainly not as a romance. His arc is over, new characters please.

*sigh* I agree with this guy. I loved Zev, and the romance was ruined in DA2 when he didn't acknowledge my Warden (PS3). I just keep in mind never to take Isabela with me on that quest. <_<

I won't object if he had a cameo, but it MUST be relevant to the plot one way or the other. But if it's just a simple cameo? Nope.

I doubt we'll see Zevran at all. Characters from DAO will have less relevance as games go on; he was shoe-horned into DA2 as it was.
I suspect the only origins party characters we're even remotely likely to see will be Leliana, Morrigan, Alistair, and Sten.

Sorry, I don't mean to go off-topic and start derailing the thread, but how was the Leliana bug fixed? 
From what I know the only way she acknowledges the romance is if you don't import an 'Awakening' file and instead import straight from DA:O.
