Do you mean the quests you only get after doing Noveria? Because you have the choice to do most of your quests after Noveria.

Well I just searched the opening on youtube and didn't even realize that Joker actually starts talking as soon as your Shepard starts walking. What I posted was what I though he was saying, but I'm pretty sure he didn't say that didn't sound like it.
