Well it's Bungie, and they are responsible for creating what is arguably the greatest FPS series ever. But zero gameplay and you're calling it a GOTY contender, lol. Chill bro. Lets wait for E3.

I said "It looks like it could be strong GOTY contender" not "it will be a GOTY contender". That said "The Last of us" is also a good GOTY contender as well.

I'm excited about the concept of the game, but I definitely have my doubts. I will invariably compare the game's universe to Mass Effect, and if Destiny is just another frat boy shooter that hinges on "badassness," then I might have to pass.

It's available on the Xbox 360 too right? If so then I will actually have something to do on the 360. I hope the FPS aspect of the game doesn't cloud up the story aspect. The trailer was "badass" but didn't give much meaning to the actual universe.

Personally think this looks like a pretty exciting game, really looking forward to see what else Bungie can deliver outside of Halo on the current- and next-gen consoles.
Also, Bungie is supposedly working on an announcement about a PC version, which will be great.

I've been pretty "meh" about the game so far, but hoenstly that trailer got me a little hyped up. Mostly just because its starring Gustavo Fring, but hey whatever it takes. Now I'm actually looking forward to it being legitimately unveiled at E3.

Giancarlo Esposito is cool that way.
Anyway, gonna wait for further information / trailers whether I'll be getting this one or not. From previews, it sounds massive but will wait and see if it is all talk or not.
