So after the citadel coup mission, I go to engineering to hear Donnelly telling Daniels that Kelly Chambers was murdered by Cerberus. To clarify, I told her to change her identity, but then after doing the primarch son and turian bomb mission, I noticed that the dialogue with Kelly skipped over her telling me her new name and went straight to her apology for passing along info to the Illusive Man, which I guess is the reason for the glitch. I found it kind of annoying that the game times these things like this, but at least she survived. I always wanted Shepard to have some kind of reaction to overhearing that the yeoman she cared about was murdered by Cerberus, especially if he/she romanced her, but I guess in this case I'm glad there was none, or else it would've been even more annoying. Now, if only I can fire Donnelly for making crap up.

I can never keep that woman alive. The one time...the ONE TIME...she survived to be in ME3, I noticed a body in a bathroom that looked amazingly like her...well, except for the bullet in the back of the head. Then I heard someone talking about her being killed in the attack and I was like 'MOTHER <censored>" I try and I try and I just can't get her to live. Jesus effin Christ! I even made peace between the Quarians and the Geth! She still took a dirt nap.

Hmph. Savior of the galaxy and I can't even keep one cute ginger alive. Man, I'm just glad the Catalyst didn't use HER for it's avatar. That woulda been depressing.

She was considerably less cute in ME3.

I never meet Kelly in ME3. She's still alive, I just never see her.

you have to flirt with her and have dinner with her in ME2 in order for her to appear..but by that point i always have a high paragon score and the dinner never happens she just gives shepard a hug which equals no appearence in ME3

No, I mean I never even get that conversation. I get the "Hi Kelly change your identity" then "oh my god you saved my life they were looking for me" then it's just basic NPC dialogue for the rest of the game where she just says a simple line about how bad the refugees have it any time I click on her.
