What about the fire explosions detonated by the AIU's snap freeze? Are they bugged as the Paladin's?

Well, this doesn't seem to be true at all.

edit: I tried Energy Drain 6 + Snap Freeze 6 on Geth/Gold w/ and w/o SF 6b, there was basically no difference in the CE's damage. I can't get numbers as I'm on PS3, but i'm not blind enough to not see a difference in damage with health/shields bars.

Yeah it's very rare, but some things work differently, and shockwave is a proof of that.

Shockwave is easy to notice (it just stops working on PC), this stuff is more number orientated, since the only way you could really test on console would be to see how many bars it takes off.

Isn't the off-host turian stability passive failure a PC-only thing as well? I've read about it for months, but never experienced it once (on ecksbawks).

Hmm, I'm not sure about this. I use this Paladin build on gold and I can consistently kill Geth Rocket Troopers with one Snap Freeze then Incinerate combo.

Geth Rocket Troopers have 1350 health and 1350 shields on gold I believe.
According to your own combo damage table Corlist (and if the bug has really been fixed) then a 6 + 6 Cryo Explosion should only do 844 damage, plus the damage from Snap Freeze - 587.5, and Incinerate - 643.5 (against shields but with Freeze Combo 100% bonus) to give a total damage of 2075, leaving the Rocket Trooper with plenty of health.

However, if the bug is still in place (at least on ps3) then the total damage would be 3088 which is obviously enough to kill the Rocket Trooper (2700 combined HP).

Let me know if I've got any of those figures wrong but it seems like this bug was only fixed for the PC version of the game.

Edit: Fixed a mistake with the numbers - I forgot the Freeze Combo bonus on Incinerate. Even taking this into account though my point still stands.

Paladin's 6B tech combo only applies for cryo explosions primed by Snap Freeze, not other tech effects detonated by Snap Freeze. I get that.

However, from reading corlist's post it sounds like the AIU's Snap Freeze grants the +100% tech combo damage even if used as a detonator for FEs or TBs.

Is that correct? If so, the AIU's version is about 33% better than the Paladin's on a tech team (doubling damage of other tech effect detonations, not just the cryos). Perhaps this is intended, though, since the AIU can't self burst with powers.

No, the paladin's snap freeze still gets the 100% if it detonates a cyro explosion (such as with cyro ammo), it just doesn't get the 100% for tech burst and fire explosions. Edit: Yes, the AIU will do 100% to all tech explosions.

Also, I'm willing to test this out on xbox, but I'm not sure what enemy I could face with a level 6 Snap freeze and level 1 Incinerate, where the damage from a regular non 100% buffed cyro explosion wouldn't kill them (since I think it would kill a bronze cannibal? or at least come very close).

Am I right in presuming that a Paladin with no passives, a level 6 snap freeze without the tech combo chosen, with a level 1 Incinerate, shouldn't be able to kill a bronze Marauder?

If so, I'll test it on one and see if I kill it or not.
