Okay so I got Kotor 1 already. I have even finished it several times. But I got a new computer and I installed it there. First I had that CD 4 error, but thats fixed. Then the no cd patch and thats fixed to. The game starts but after 5 seconds or so it minimizes and I cant get it back up. When I press Ctrl Alt Delete and check the task manager it sais the game is running fine. Okay so I got the game to work by disabling the movies. But dose anyone know how to fix it so you can play just fine but with movies?

Neither KotOR nor NWN are particularly friendly to newer hardware, the GPUs, especially. The graphics was created using OpenGL, and only the variations on Linux use that any more. I used NOS parts from the early 2000s to assemble a PC with old parts, running Windows98SE, for the two games, back a couple of years ago (2009 or so), but it has died, and I don't have any more of the old parts that I can trust to rebuild it with . .
